Pleasant large indoor seating area with small outside seating area of in town centre. Pleasant staff who will bring ordered drinks and food to table of the elderly and disabled.
Until recently I'd not been in a Starbucks since before lockdown.
This one is Lowestoft was very good. Modern but not entirely soulless, the staff were helpful and cheerful and actually knew about the drink they were serving!
Lowestoft is fortunate to have such a place on its high street.
Always enjoy going into Lowestoft town centre Starbucks. The staff are fantastic! Always smiling and happy to help. The employee's really make the lovely atmosphere, not the food and drink. Although the coffee is also always excellent! Well worth a visit if your pocket can afford it.

Fast and friendly service, serving great tasting Hot and Cold Drinks. A range of Hot/Cold Snacks also available. My Strawberry Ice Drink was very tasty.
Although Starbucks can be quite expensive, it's all part of the experience.
Son wanted a treat for his birthday, he chose Starbucks and so glad he did, had a lovely time. I am vegan and there were Christmas alternatives for me, smoothies for the children and cakes etc, he had a lovely treat and we all want to come back again
Nicely laid out store, quality store with very friendly staff. I'm afraid to say that I haven't been in much, because I rarely ever go into the town, but when I do, a stop off is worth while. The eggnog latte is absolutely stunning too! Certainly no complaints here!

This is just another (one if hundreds) they all look the same, the service is not fast,staff indifferent to the customer,there is a small seating area outside,when i sat outside a delivery van passed me by only inches away and i got the full force of the vans exhaust.
Starbucks coffee is my fave. This new store is part of my daily routine. I've been going since it was opened.
