The best fish and chips I've had takeaway! We've ordered from this chippy for many years very happily. Their menu has quite a variety of choice, it's very reasonably priced, the food is delicious and delivered piping hot, and the owner, Joey, is so friendly. I'd 100% recommend this chippy. I perso
Really pleased to find a chippy in Kessingland that offers gluten free. You need to give them 45 minutes notice as it's cooked in its own pan, not the fryers, so no chance of cross contamination. The chips were delicious and the batter on the cod was lovely and crispy, not at all greasy. Very friend
Really nice fish and chips, generous portion sizes. We had 2 large haddock, 1 large chips, mushy peas, a battered sausage and a savaloy between two of us, and there was plenty! They even had buttered rolls, a must for a chip butty! Prompt service, really friendly staff. Not tried the other chi
Excellent cod and chips for me and battered sausage and chips for husband. Lovely taste, knew straight away had been cooked in dripping. A rare treat while on holiday.
I recently visited this fish and chip shop and the service was very good. The fish itself was flaky and tender, cooked to perfection with a crispy batter. The chips were lovely too. If you're craving delicious fish and chips, this is definitely the place to go, and only a short walk away from the be
In my opinion it's the best chippy in Suffolk. The chips are out of this world and the fish is fresh out of the sea with lovely crispy batter - very tasty and reasonably priced 😋😋😋
Having just moved into the village from the town I had to try my local chippy. So glad it's now my local go to, chips are really nice and the batter on my fish was lovely, I had a small haddock and it was small, but I enjoyed it and if my pennies would have stretched I would have gone up a size. First time having a delivery as I've newly relocated here. Excellent service on the phone, fast delivery and the food was excellent too. Light, melt in the mouth batter and gorgeous chips. Good amount for good price. Will definitely use again. Kathy, Kessingland
Went there tonight with the wife, very friendly group there, me and the missus were having an anxious day and they were very understanding, food was amazing too. Cannot sing their praises highly enough
Best fish and chips in Suffolk, I had the haddock which was out of this world, the chips were perfect to, very reasonably priced and they offer a delivery service, the village fryer is highly recommended.
Superb Haddock and chips cooked in beef dripping and the prices were good too. Large chips will easily feed 2-3 people. Reminded of the Fish and Chips I used to get in Yorkshire as a child. Recommended.
Nice local chippy. Good food and reasonable prices. You can phone an order in and go to pick it up later which can be really handy.
Very happy with are meal the food all cook really well and tasted amazing will definitely order from here again
In the past I've had a mix of good and bad experiences with little consistency in the quality of the chips. I think the new staff they have are a dramatic improvement, especially as before I've been overcharged, had someone insult me, had someone just being rude by turning back and not taking my ord
This is the only place we will get fish and chips from, we come from 30 minute's away but will not go anywhere else. The batter is lovely and crispy, not greasy at all, you get generous portion sizes and it's great value for money.
