I have been going to the Monday quiz for the last few weeks. I had the mixed grill this week and it was really good. Last week I had the bangers and mash and the sausages and gravy was really tasty. The staff were all lovely especially the ladies upstairs where I was sitting, they were polite and ve

Was a Saturday afternoon and extremely busy we used the app to order food and drinks. The drinks arrived within a reasonable time as did the food we expecting a longer wait. No complaints.
Couldn't fault it. Good prices, nice staff, good atmosphere. My small Haggis, neeps and tatties were very nice and the guest ale (Cairngorm Nessie's monster mash) was kept well enough. The food and beer was also served quickly. Good prices, of course. Very close to Lowestoft station, so very conv

Really busy Saturday lunchtime, the place was full. The staff were amazing to cope with the large amount of orders to process, prepare and serve. We felt for them, whatever they are paid - it's not enough

Located opposite Lowestoft Central rail station and near South Beach, the Joseph Conrad is ideally situated for visitors. There are two large floors inside and plenty of wooden tables outside, some under cover. I find the service pretty fast and friendly and ordering via the Spoons app is quick an
Extremely busy over the time we were there, but the lunchtime menu was very reasonable, and the food was excellent. We'll go back again when itโ€™s not quite so frantic.
