Amazing food as always. Really enjoyed the sausage rolls and the cherry Bakewell cake as did the Wife! The cafe was spotless and the staff was amazing as always. Really recommend visiting the Mardle if your in the area and get the chance!
This is a spectacularly lovely cafe. All the cakes and scones are home-made each day and the results speak for themselves - everything is so fresh and tasty! There is table service and the staff are friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a nice stop somewhere then this place is a must.
Had breakfast here today. Food freshly cooked to perfection. Everything was absolutely delicious and the best breakfast I've had out in ages. Highly recommended and will be trying the afternoon tea next week now.
The Mardle is a lovely friendly Cafe and it has great food, especially the sausage rolls which are the best.

Fantastic food, staff were lovely couldn't do enough to help, we ate in and took a selection of their home made cakes away with us, we couldn't finish the food so they boxed it up for us to take with us, highly recommended

We found this lovely gem of a family-run café today by chance. We enjoyed a cheese scone and a sausage roll, both of which were of a superb quality. The staff were very friendly and I must say their premises were spotless. All highly recommended.
Wonderful rural setting. Very accommodating and helpful staff. Best sausage rolls I have EVER eaten. All the cream tea my daughter in law and I ate was delicious. There was SO much my son was treated to a "doggie" bag!!! Had wonderful time. Thank you 👌
Amazing afternoon tea, the best around for sure! Me and my friends come here under normal circumstances and you always feel welcomed and the customer service is amazing! I have ordered a couple of afternoon tea takeaways while in lockdown and they have been just as tasty! The price is so reasonable,
