The Thatch Restaurant - Lowestoft - Photo album

If you walk along the promenade at the top, you'll see this bright blue building. There's outside and indoor seating. Toilets available. Dogs are not allowed inside, however, you can take them in to order at the till and eat outside. Food was served really fast. The breakfast was REALLY big. Insid
Really friendly staff, calm, scenic ambience and banging food. Full English was very superior quality and my gf had a gorgeous chicken and leek pie. Yum yum πŸ˜‹
I was treated to an afternoon tea for mother's day at the Thatch restaurant today. It was simply delicious with lovely fresh sausage rolls, sandwiches, cakes and cream scones and as much tea as we could drink. Great service, friendly staff and lovely relaxed atmosphere, can thoroughly recommend.
After walking out of 1 place due to being left waiting an age to order and being told the next had stopped serving food! We arrived at The Thatch to good value, large portions lovely food, just what we needed. Lovely place with nice views and even a putting green. Highly recommended πŸ‘Œ
I had a really lovely experience here, I ordered the Hunters Chicken followed by a mocha which was absolutely fantastic. The food was so hot and tasty, I will definitely be visiting here again soon! Thank you guys ☺️
I called to reserve a table and they were very helpful. When we arrived they shaved us a table overlooking the sea. Had a great selection of cakes. Good menu with a wide choice. Both breakfasts were cooked well with excellent quality sausages and bacon. Quick service and friendly too. Choice of toas
One of the best places which has the best hunters chicken in the town. To top it, the view of the open sea is breathtaking. The portion of the food is really good. It took a while for the order to be prepared but it was totally worth it. It looked fresh and well cooked + the taste was amazing. They
Dropped in for a coffee whilst having a Sunday morning walk along Lowestoft promenade. There's plenty of seating outside if a nice day and more inside if inclement. We only had cappuccino so can't comment on the food, but the cakes and scones on display looked very nice.
Came in here this morning with mates and can honestly say that I had the best full English breakfast I've had in years. Compliments to the chef! The service was quick and suitable to our requirements and the restaurant had a good family friendly atmosphere.
