Visited with my son, his wife and 2 young children. The lady that served us was called Ashley, she was so lovely, took our orders, gave the children crayons to draw pictures which she put up on the wall, constantly interacted with us and the children while continuing with her duties. The food was great and good value for money. A nice clean friendly place with a great atmosphere. I will definately be visiting again.

Was a bit unsure of where to have lunch, opted for the Harbour Inn. It looks very different than you expect from looking at it from the outside... actually quite liked the inside! We were greeted when we went in and quickly found a table, menus have a little bit of variety, and they also have some specials. Kids menu was also available which was good news, and we was told that we could swap some bits if we needed for the kids! Food was nice and lots of different options for drinks. We all enjoyed our food and we were too full for desert! Staff were all friendly, and the place seemed clean. If you get a spot near the window you may also get to watch the bridge go up which is a bit of a novelty! (Both for me and the kids!)

Hi visited 19/04/2024. My partner seemed to have lost her bank card and we asked the lady behind the bar if it had been handed in. The young lady (manager) was so, so helpful. She couldn’t have done anything more. Took my partners number and called us that evening to see if it had been found. Excellent customer service. This Manager is an asset for the Harbour Inn!

Went to the Harbour with 3 friends for a meal before going to a show. None of us had been in there for years. Couldn't fault it. The food and the service was absolutely brilliant. All the staff were very lovely and so friendly. We will definitely be going again.

Last time I went it was for a fup burger, unfortunately they have now left so was not too keen on going back. However the food was excellent and good service from the bar staff. Will go again.

Lovely pub with incredibly friendly staff. Had A nice session ale called Encore and was recommended a Belgium beer called Kwak by a friendly giant man, and it was very good. I probably shouldn't have drunk two at 1pm but hey ho I was on holiday.

Really enjoyed my visit. Food is great and a little full on (a tad greasy). We'll worth a visit if you fancy a burger and there's a great selection of beers

Fabulous all round. A real joy, and treat when there is live music on, and Ramen Club (you need to book). So much amazing choice of wonderful drinks. Great food, incredible staff, top location, cool decor and lovely ambience. Extremely welcoming and friendly. Outside seating. A real gem and an absolute pleasure.

Their carvery was lovely, their chocolate cake dessert was even better! Not too busy when we went so didn't have to queue long at all, staff were friendly too.

Great burgers, fantastic ’slaw obviously homemade really tasty and crunchy as it should be, and good fries. Only downside is fries are a side, even the basic fries are not included with burger. But definitely worth a visit. Oh, and a good selection of beers.

Food was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. Such a shame it was so short of customers. I would definitely return.

We popped in today after a visit to lowestoft beach. It was about lunchtime and we only waited about 5 minutes for a table which we found very reasonable. We ordered 3 10oz rump steaks and a chicken burger, all of which were perfectly cooked and very well portioned. Social distancing was observed well and they have a one way system in place, one door to come in, the bar itself acts as a roundabout and then when you're finished you exit via another door. The pub was kept clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend the Harbour Inn.
