I can't believe I have walked past this place so many times and not given it a second thought. Well actually I didn't like the look from the outside (yes stupid way to judge) So we had 45 minutes to kill and tried the place for breakfast. The food is good and very well priced. The breakfast is clearly made with very fine ingredients. It was very good indeed. The coffee is second to none in this area of town. The staff are very smartly dressed and polite. Also very helpful. However the best thing is the setting. The place is stunning with art work on display. I particularly liked a wall hanging by a local artist "Darren Breeze" When being renovated a stairwell leading to historical baths was discovered. This now has been turned into a glass table top and only makes the location even more wonderful. Add to this books published by local writers and cubicles made to resemble the beach huts at Southwold and you are left with a truly beautiful location. The photos I have added are of the outside, the beach huts, the artwork and the strange, dark blue photo is the view of the wonderful stairs leading to the baths, which is now a table top

A beautiful little seaside spot! The art and novelty design gave the place a real character. The coffee selection was very good, with a wide variety of both hot and cold, as well as softdrinks and different varieties of tea. The scones and cakes looked tasty, but unfortunately we popped in for a quick warm drink avoid half an hour before closing and didn't have time to enjoy.

This is a nice little coffee shop which also sells art by local artists. There a several nice little places to sit and l believe you can book for larger gatherings. There a few tables outside and is within a two minute walk from the beach.

Loved the outside seating very cosmopolitan and the scone I had with a very nice pot of tea was superb. Lovely tea shop and what the town needs. It has a very upmarket feel. Great experience.
