Visited here today after a long walk in the countryside around Brailes. The staff were lovely and welcoming. Just returned from the most wonderful 2 days at The George .. We booked our wedding here and married at the church over the road.. Excellent food, welcoming staff and a play area and trampoline in the garden our kids loved. Sunday roast is particularly good, my wife rated the cauliflower cheese which is high praise. The kids ice cream cows was a fab surprise.

What a gem of a pub/inn. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, plus the staff are lovely. Just a really great vibe all round. We were only staying for the night but wished we'd had a few days there. Bonus points for the awesome beer garden.
