Great food well priced. Visited twice on holiday and the food we had on both occasions was excellently cooked. Everything cooked from fresh so slight delay but well worth it. Chefs special highly recommended. Will be back when in the area
Although it looks nothing special from the outside ( painted decently but that's all ), it is very nice inside. The staff are friendly and welcoming with a decent range of drinks including cask ales with a cask ale award. The choice of meals is adequate ( although there is an additional specials / o
Stopped off here for some late lunch after seeing the rave reviews on Google. Wheelchair friendly and fog friendly. The staff were very welcoming and eager to make sure we were well looked after. Great food, great venue, definitely worth checking out if you're in town! 😊
Very tasty stop in a lovely picturesque town. Some traditional grub, plus some interesting specials. Cosy atmosphere and warm and welcoming fireplace to enjoy with good company. Been a couple times, staff friendly and helpful.
Lighting was not great but food was lovely. Bit expensive though. Fish and chips £18.+ . I had Tai stir fry which was lovely and had plenty king prawns.
Had the tastiest gammon steak 😋 quick and friendly service.
Huge portions of gorgeous food, which luckily they supply take home boxes for when you really can't eat another bite and the staff were wonderful. Very pleasant and will be back
A brilliant place to go. Food excellent, drinks first class. And the garden is fantastic.
Cask Marque pub with choice of Black Sheep or Adnams Southwold. Very modern interior and nice beer garden. Lacks the taditionsl pub vibe for me. Went for the ubiquitous Black Sheep. Probably too old but wife says toilets are excellent.
Had an amazing meal here on Saturday. Arrived on time and asked if we could postpone our table for half an hour so we could grab a drink in the bar which was happily accepted. Both bottles of wine we had were great and the starter (off menu) was good too. The mains, a pizza and monkfish were delicio
Our Monday night 'book' club went tonight, first time the 5 of us eating there. We ordered a pizza and the 7 small plates (a very good choice to pick from). Plenty of food for us to nibble at and absolutely beautifully cooked and good portion sizes. We all felt nicely full and was very impressed. C
Short notice but we got in. The food was really good, great choice on the menu and very tasty.
Another fantastic pub restaurant in Louth this was probably our favourite. Tapas to die for and fantastic cocktails. Staff friendly would highly recommend 👌
Gorgeous lounge atmosphere with a log fire. Lounge staff including young lad behind the bar was lovely and had a great attitude (and brilliant martini skills) Simon the chef cooked up some incredible food. Fish and chips kids meal - brilliant batter on the fish, my six year old gave it 10/10 Rib eye
Fantastic food and atmosphere the service was brilliant
Fantastic food, place was deserted which I found strange given the quality of the grub!
