Visited yesterday evening with a reservation for three of us for 6pm. The restaurant was buzzing- nicely busy! We ordered drinks - beer and a very nice bottle of Chilean Merlot.
The waitresses were extremely busy, but so, so pleasant and ‘smiley’ - nothing was too much trouble - even when my step-dad accidentally knocked over his glass of wine as the order was being taken! All dealt with professionally and discretely.
The food arrived, albeit almost an hour after our booking, but, as our reservation was an early evening one and we’d had a light lunch, it wasn’t a problem. The service and quality of the food made it well- worth the wait!
My husband and step- dad ordered steaks ( rib eye and rump) cooked to their preferences ( med/well and med/rare) and I had the garlic chilli chicken. We all chose rustic chips and had the other accompaniments for our chosen meals. The food was delicious and ample! I couldn’t finish my portions. My step- dad, somehow, still managed to find room for dessert- and thoroughly enjoyed his brownie with ice cream.
We loved the ‘ cowboy hat’ touch, and wore them throughout the meal ( so did the people on the next table).
At the end of the evening my husband asked our lovely waitresss for the bill ( as we intended to cover the total) , only to be told my step- dad had already paid. What a treat!!!
When we eventually discovered the total bill we were amazed at the fantastic value for money!
The next time we come to stay with my step-dad in Louth we will definitely come back here for the great food, service, drinks and value! Thank you to all staff at The Ranch Steakhouse & Grill!!!
Been countless amount of times and the food is 10/10 every single time. Food is always quick and hot. They have the best food and staff possible. My go to place, every single time.

8 of us have just eaten here for my brothers birthday and it was absolutely delicious! The best burgers I have ever had!!! We all pretty much had something different and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! We were all completely stuffed after mains but forced ourselves to have puddings and they were amazing too! We had a party package added which was a balloon and banner on the table which was a nice surprise for him. The atmosphere was brilliant, lots of birthdays going on and the waitresses and waiters were all lovely and up for a laugh. They were always checking everything was ok and couldn’t do enough for us. I would highly recommend this place, it isn’t our first visit and it certainly won’t be our last.
The staff are welcoming and friendly AND efficient. Always pleasant and happy to oblige. The restaurant itself allows a relaxed atmosphere, where you can chat easily and even laugh a little bit too loud (sorry!) and not disturb anyone. The food is always well presented. The portions are generous and tasty. I would highly recommend the salmon - although in general the range of different dishes is wide and consistently good. Love the place!
The food is always very good that’s why we frequently return, staff provide an excellent service are always accommodating nothing is too much trouble we love the sweet chilli goujons, ranch burger my husband had the wings with hunters chicken sauce they were amazing we also love the chilli chips i would recommend it for all occasions, our compliments to the chef everything good nothing to change.
The best meal I have had in a long time !! Never disappointed when we come here. My most favourite place for food �
Absolutely loved it went for my birthday yesterday and the food was amazing 5 people in my party and everyone enjoyed what they ordered I had the steak and it was cooked to perfection waiter we had was very polite and nothing was to much trouble thank you the ranch I had a great birthday meal xx

Food was amazing! Customer service couldnt ask for any better, including my 18month old by even going to the shop for fruit to ensure she wasn't left out of desserts with her allergies was amazing. So nice that we have found somewhere our daughter can also be included
Had emails of allergens and menus over the past couple of weeks aswel to ensure food is on available for my daughter's with allergies. Definitely recommend and will be returning.
Absolutely love the Ranch. I was there yesterday at 4.30 with 7 of my friends. Omg what a gorgeous meal. Lovely atmosphere. We was sat upstairs. The waitresses were very lovely and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone a d everyone!! Going again on the 19th xx

We celebrated our daughters 18th birthday with a family meal there. The staff were lovely , the food was excellent and the cost was very reasonable.

I celebrated my birthday here last with 10 others aged 9 months - 60 years. It was fantastic from start to finish with some of the best tasting food we've eaten. The service was second to none and I can't wait to visit again. Many thanks! Keep up the fantastic work!

I've been waiting to try this place for some time as you MUST book in advance, and I was not disappointed! Service was second to none, the staff genuinely care about your experience, this is backed up by amazing food, the steak in particular is one of the best I have had in years, the milkshakes were huge, and the desserts really hit the spot! I have to say this is the best restaurant I have been to in Lincs so far, and I would highly recommend 👍🏻
Really nice food and expansive menu.
Had a lacking but still nice vegan and vegetarian selection.
The steak itself was quality and cooked how I wanted it, no issue there. The Philly Cheesesteak was delicious too.
Staff were lovely but I do question why they sat us next to a large family table with actively crying babies, opposed to the many other seats in the restaurant that were free. But then later on, those seats filled up with seemingly higher class people. We chose not to complain as we didn't realise until it was too late.
The dessert, the ranch waffle, was really light which was perfect for the end of a decent sized meal.
The Blood Orange Cosmo was fantastic and couldn't recommend it enough, as they do 2 for £12 on a Thursday.
We went for a family meal and we wasn't disappointed the food was great and served to are table not long after ordering. The staff was very pleasant and the service was good. You will need to book a table as it gets very busy.
Food was absolutely delicious! We had starters to share and the backyard, BBQ platter to share. All the meat was tender and high quality!!
Only downside was the burger bun was quite dry, but everything else was perfect!!
Didn't book a table. But the lovely staff got us in. Which was really appreciated as we was only there for a few days sat at the bar with cocktails. And was definitely worth the wait food was fantastic. Staff and atmosphere was outstanding.
Visited whilst on holiday. Soon as you walk in the resturant really airy spread out your not sat on top of other people. Waitress that served us lovely person great with my tired little girl.
Food was very good, portions lets just say could feed a giant and unfortunately could not sample the desert menu.
Prices are as to be expected its not mcdonalds but worth every penny.
We hadn't booked so decided to chance getting a table. They squeezed us in and seated us immediately. Quick to take our drinks orders and gave us time with the menus. Allergens are checked when they seat you and the appropriate menu bought over. Plenty of staff and we were never left waiting to get someone's attention. We had starters, mains and treated ourself to a pudding. The puddings are decent size servings and beautifully presented. All the staff were lovely, lovely atmosphere and the tables were nicely spaced out. Would go again
I've been to this place many times and I have Never had a bad experience. The portions are very large but don't think to limit yourself the staff will box up any leftovers you have to enjoy again later :) . The food and staff are consistently excellent and I would recommend a milkshake to go once you're done with your meal.
Have eaten at The Ranch many times and can never fault it. The food is always fantastic and you never leave hungry. Always great service and the food arrives so quick, you’re never waiting long. Prices have increased over the years but that’s to be expected, worth every penny!
Awesome place with great service and mouth watering food, great atmosphere. It's hard to find a good restaurant nowadays.
