Owner was a staff member down, told us when we seated. Kept us informed, it was busy ! So service was slow but food was good with generous portions.
Great food and great service, value for money too, will definitely recommend.
Absolutely amazing, as always. The best restaurant in Louth and surrounding area. From the decor, to food to the lovely Jay who is truly the best. You always feel like family when you pop in. We have been going for years and have always had nothing but the best service and experience.
We had a wonderful evening with our friends. An experience of Moroccan cusine with the complements of our friends. The staff was friendly, but the wine server needs training
The staff were happy to seat our slightly worse for wear band, even though it was already gone half 9. They were all extremely friendly. Food was tasty and arrived quickly. If I'm ever back in Louth, I'll definitely pay them another visit.
Last night my husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at this restaurant. We have just moved into Louth and thought we would give it a try having visited Marrakesh earlier this year. Well, we found it outstanding! The welcome and service were exemplary (well done staff!) and the food was
Superb, our first visit here tonight to celebrate my partners birthday, service atmosphere and food was great couldn't fault it. Food was hot and plenty of it. Tangia Lamb was full of succulent cooked lamb pieces. Definitely recommend this place.
Tasty food, service good. Value for money. Moroccan paella with a kick, delicious. We all thoroughly enjoyed our evening.
This food was superb! If anything they served up too much meat. I couldn't eat it all! Serve less of the same. It will still be delicious and you might make more of a profit I would say. Anyway well done and very yummy indeed! Thankyou x
Had a lovely meal. 1st time I've had Moroccan. Large lumps of meat that were a little dry in the middle, but not sure if that's normal. Atmosphere was traditional, maybe a bit ott for some. The waitress was nice, polite and attentive to say it was about half full with only her on the floor.
The tomato soup was so tasty and the bread amazing. The serving was unbeatable of any place I been, he served me with full lemon and knife to cut it. Just Perfect! Thank you!
I went with my 9 year old daughter on our second visit. She loves the Moroccan Tea, Couscous, Chicken Tangine and 3 cheese garlic bread. Alex made us feel very welcome with her service. The owner has an amazing restaurant and the most welcoming manner. It's a hidden treasure in the back streets of L
First time at this restaurant and we were not disappointed. Both of the dishes we had were awesome, and decor is wonderful. My only criticism is, we were the first in the restaurant when it opened, we ordered our food within 10 minutes and then waited 50 minutes before it was served, glad we were fi
Big shout out to Jay and his staff who despite being very busy took the time to serve me with 2 portion of Baklava to take out. My husband isn't very well and he just fancied Baklava. Jay was kind enough to only charge for one
Just been for meal, food was excellent and service was exceptional. Well done to all staff, including our waitress
This is now my favourite restaurant. Was gutted when it closed and now my magic it’s open again. The tagina is just delectable. Bread is sent from the heavens. The decor is spot on. We are very lucky to have such a great place in Louth. Well done to the Marrakesh team on absolutely nailing it every
I love this place! This is fantastic restaurant, where you’ll enjoy a really tasty food, and quite different from the usual… it deserves a visit. The staff is more than friendly. Specially one of the chefs… Gracias amigo!!!
