Lovely gooey salted caramel brownie. We have been here twice. Delicious brownies, quiet cafe so felt very covid safe taking my elderly parents. Nice coffee and polite staff. Would definitely recommend a visit
A clean and bright cafe that's easy to relax in even if you are chilling on your own. The brownies are small, but! They are very tasty and that little cube is actually the perfect amount. Now the sandwiches are big enough to share if you aren't too hungry or need space for the brownie. Staff are friendly and polite. I would come here again even though I thought the brownies were a little pricey.

Stopped of there today for a coffee but also bought a lovely brownie. The salted caramel one was very moist and extremely tasty!
The vegan options are amazing! I had the honeycomb brownie and honestly, it might be the best I have ever had! They are a touch pricey but when made by hand, you get what you pay for. It was as if you combined a mousse with a brownie, gooey and sticky but holding its shape and tasting delicious. I wish I had taken a photo, but honestly, it was gone before it even crossed my mind. I will definitely be back to try to vegan ice cream and vegan milk shakes :)
Absolutely first-class service from both Pearl and Nick. It truly was exemplary: attentive, helpful, pleasant at all times. They went out of their way to assist with wi-fi and phone charging. Will definitely return. Highly recommended
I've been twice and each time, I was blown away by the lovely flavours I tasted. When it was new to Loughton, I constantly had my eye on it and finally took the plunge recently to try it out. Being a brownie connoisseur, I have high expectations and they didn't fail to deliver. Bit pricey, but I can honestly say it's worth it since they are handmade and come with a smile. Think all my money will be going on brownies. Oh, and a cheeky hot choccy in the cooler months. #cutelitttlechoccybrowniesquares

The café has a super collection of flavoured brownies and ice-creams, including vegan options of both. We went for a regular brownie with regular ice-cream and a vegan brownie with vegan ice-cream and both were wonderful. Highly recommended!
We have had lunch here a couple of times and have always enjoyed the food this place is much more than brownies. Keep up the good work. my only criticism is we wish you had a kids menu.
LOVE the brownies. Even better when warmed up and enjoyed with some vanilla ice cream. I tried the vegan ones as well and honestly they're so good!
Been here a couple times, excellent as always! The staff are very friendly and also warned me ahead of time that my food will take a little bit longer than usual (as an online order had been ordered just before mine) 😁
