The Sunday roast was amazing. I was full but had to try and eat all because it tasted so good. Staff were so friendly and a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and go back.
A delicious Sunday roast with an authentic Caribbean twist. From the moment you walk in you’re welcomed by helpful staff. Great portion sizes, will definitely return.
Loved the food, will absolutely be going back for the Sunday roast! It is very much a cafe style place, and it got super busy after 7.30pm on a Friday.
Delicious food. Wonderful service. Beautiful atmosphere. We will definitely be coming again 🤍
Loved everything about this place staff very nice, food amazing, all drinks lovely couldn't fault anything. Loved that the food was authentic and not watered down like some places to please others. I will be back Sunday roast next for me 😊
Grabbed a takeaway tonight and the atmosphere was just great, good mood amongst the customers, happy staff and a great vibe.
The food did take a full half an hour to get ready which was a bit longer than I would expect but for a first time and half full restaurant I'm happy to look past this time.
The food was good. We sampled the curry goat and Jerk chicken which were lovely, the rice and peas great, the dumplings just how we like them and the festival had good taste although we couldn't eat most of it as it was plain raw dough in the middle. They were bigger than normal which must be a challenge to get right but raw dough is a hard one to look past.
All in all, we'd definitely go back as we liked it, just maybe order in advance from the varied menu as there so much more we'd like to try.
YNWA! Will definitely be back next time I’m in town. Had the Ackee and Saltfish with some plantain on the side. Whole family were happy and wanted more, just we were so full off the healthy portions! Service was fantastic, place was really clean, no complaints from us!
First time at this Caribbean Cafe the Roast was delicious. I would definitely come back again. Myself and friends enjoyed the meal. The staff are really friendly. Food is amazing so yummy so delicious and very generous portion sizes I was full.
Absolutely delicious meal and great sized portions. I will definitely make a reservation to dine in soon.
Lovely eatery, staff friendly and attentive. One dish was not available a there was a delay in communicating this, kitchen went above a beyond to make it right, which they get 5 stars for customer service. Sunday roast was great value an worth every penny. Could not find fault with anything on the plate
We came on a Tuesday for 2 for 1 jerk chicken. Loved it! Will be back to try the goat.
For my first trip to London. I decided to try and I loved it! It’s cheap and very very good! 🤌🏽
Amazing flavors , great food! see it on tik tok and travelled to come here. Definitely worth the trip. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Great service. Good people. Can’t wait for my next visit. Nice to taste some authentic fresh Caribbean food.
Good news first. Went on Sunday for the Caribbean Sunday roast with all the meat with a side of mac n cheese n plantain. The food was delicious!!! Good size portions at reasonable prices.
Bad news is you have to book ahead as the restaurant is small and it was full. As of right now Its fully booked till mid November. My wife found the chicken n stuffing abit too salty, but I thought it was fine.
Even though I didn't know I had to book before going they still managed to seat me my wife n 2yr old but had to be outside. Was a bit cold that sunday afternoon but they did have heaters which made it okay.
Big thanks to the staff for being soo helpful.
First time at the Caribbean Cafe, very impressed !
Homely food with huge portions, the festival dumpling dipped jerk gravy being the real talking point.
Very good service.
This will not be the last time I visit. Highly recomend !
Amazing food. I had the full Sunday roast. Packed full of flavour. The Mac and cheese was amazing as a side and so was the plantain. Perfect place and would deffo come back
We went around 7pm on a Wednesday (first time). We wanted somewhere where we could sit and chat for our occasional catch up. There was only one other table taken and when they left it was replaced by another. So pretty quiet, but better than the only other Caribbean restaurant I use in North London which is essentially a takeaway with a couple of tables. The piped music was pleasant. Service was very good and friendly. We had Curry Goat, Rice & Peas, (I'm presuming that the "Boneless Curd Gout" listed below is a typo for curry goat as it was indeed boneless.) Jerk Chicken Wings and their Saltfish Fritter. all the flavours were lovely and really tasty and the heat was just right, The curry goat was boneless so there was quite a bit of meat although it was very slightly chewy but not a problem. I'm used to curry goat with the bone left in as this is supposed to give it more flavour, but absolutely no complaints about the tase. My friend who had it for the first time, really enjoyed it as did I. Would definitely come again, now that we have discovered a Caribbean restaurant that you can actually dine in at. Overall a very nice little place to eat, reasonable prices and friendly staff.
If you like Caribbean food it's definitely worth a visit.
Absolutely loved the food, we went for dinner with 3 children! The staff were super friendly & welcoming. Recommend the Sunday roast ✔️✔️
The first time i visited this restaurant. Very modern.
A lovley very clean place.
The staff were so polite. What a lovely service. And the food was really nice fresh well seasoned. They make their own hot sauce that you can purchase.
I really enjoyed my time here. And will deft return. I 100% recommend this place.
Thank you for a great service and food 😊
