After waiting over 25mins to be served in cafe rouge, we got up and left and you guys saved the day, as it was getting late for the kids, good service and food all round😀

Best Nandos I've ever been to great atmosphere and great service and food!
Came in for a meal with my family at the weekend, great service and really nice food, would recommend !

Nice Nandos - we had two littleuns and the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was tasty. A bit of parking available out the front of the restaurant
Food was good except that the chicken was burnt. But the manager quickly rectified the dish and had it replaced at once. He presented his apologies.

Four finger-lickin’ stars for Nando’s Loughton! The chicken was so good, I contemplated ordering a second batch for the ride home. The staff was on point, as if they’d been practicing a chicken dance routine. The only downside was trying to choose between mild, medium, and hot – it’s like they were daring me to play a spicy game of roulette. Definitely clucked my way to a tasty experience!
Standard nandos, food great and what youd expect. We came on a Sunday Eve and it wasn't too busy, service was still good and food came fast. I have to say staff at this nandos were excellent. Felt like they went above the normal service and it was noticed and appreciated by us all so thank you.
Always great food and really friendly service. They missed something in my order by accident but I would return.
Very friendly staff, food was great but was in there at 9pm and ordered the bottomless ice cream but had to eat it with a fork as no spoons. Member of staff said it was where they all in the dish wash. Was a bit of a little thing that could of been sorted easy. Not a total let down but left a bit of a negative feel.
Nice friendly welcome upon arrival, we ordered via the QR code. Drinks and food came really quick. Taste good, nice atmosphere.

We only come to this Nandoes simply because we have never had a bad experience. Food is always cooked to perfection, service is very good and atmosphere. My family and I always feel very comfortable at this Nandos. I read some of Negative reviews for this restaurant and really surprised, we have never had bad experience and cone here often. John (Nandos staff member is also very helpful, friendly, and attentive) a good example of staff needed In these establishments.
A very busy evening it appeared for the restaurant and we were a large group. Service was still good, but some items were slower at being served than others.
Bit of trouble with the qr code menu but nothing major. Great food and lovely staff. Good social distance measures and not a long wait time for food. Restaurant was well kept and clean.
Attentive staff, especially a great manager who advised us carefully when placing an order for a guest who has a gluten allergy. Thank you!
The covid situation spoilt my nandos experience in the beginning. Having to wait a while . Parking space was a issue. But when I got seated it was great . Didnt have to move a muscle the staff were so helpful and the eat out discount made up for any issues I had.
They are very COVID safe with excellent plans in place, even if it did take a little while to get started on their first day - but understandable.
The service was excellent - very friendly, attentive and polite.
My first visit there with my son - won't be the last. Thank you!
A decent and typically busy branch of Nandos that moved into what used to be a car showroom. The staff are friendly and helpful and food of the quality you would expect. Parking on site is woeful with only a handful of spaces. Also, it's always worth checking your takeaway bags as I have never had an instance where one or two items from my order wasn't missing.
