The restaurant serves delicious food, but I find it slightly overpriced across all dishes. The service is generally good, but it could be more attentive to enhance the overall dining experience. On the positive side, the restaurant boasts ample seating space and a serene atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing meal. They also encourage cashless transactions, but offering cash payment options might attract more customers to the business.
Great experience, we went with 11 people and it was a lovely meal. We all had starters which came out pretty much at the same time and then all our mains came out at the same time. We used Tesco vouchers and had no issue when using them. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the meal. I would come back during lunch time.
My family and I absolutely love this place. Our children aged 5yrs, 7yrs and 10 yrs love going to Zizzi. They love the fact that they get their own kids menu and are able to colour the back of it and do the fun activities which keeps them occupied. The staff are lovely and always ensure they get some colouring pencils. We are a vegetarian and vegan family so the fact that there is so much choice on the menu is a massive bonus. The food is amazing and the service is also great. Will continue visiting this lovely place. Thanks to all of Zizzi staff for doing such a great job and being amazing.

So I placed an order for coco Di mama & upon delivery the order was slightly wrong.
I phoned zizzi as Uber eats was rubbish and the manager Lisa was so apologetic and lovely and sweet. The chefs even apologised when I drove to collect my new order. Honestly so sweet. Lisa you’re a babe ! I hope they pay you enough 🥹

Food was of an amazing, fresh quality and extremely well cooked, tasted fab and excellent presentation.
Staff very knowledgeable about all of the dishes on the menu and very welcoming.
We popped here for a bite to eat. The food was pretty good without being amazing. I had a Beef Ragu which was lovely. The service was good as well but you could see the two waitresses were being overworked and were short staffed but we had no problems with any prolonged wait times.
Great food. I really enjoyed it, and a pizza should fill most people up well. Just we had to wait a long time for our food despite the fact that there was hardly anyone inside with us.
