Beautiful steak and ale pie, and Chinese chicken curry. And to top it off cracking pint of brains smooth and Stowford press. Staff are brilliant👌 Be back there again, so glad it's 5 minutes down the road👍👍
Nice place for a coffee in the bar area, which is usually quiet and more importantly allows dogs in there. Conveniently located at the edge of the Loughor Estauary Park.
Really lovely food, I had steak and my wife had chicken in a pepper corn sauce. We didn't leave one bit on our plate! Service could be better, had to collect our own menus even though we had booked a table. Friendly locals who gave advice on places to visit while on holiday. Would come back again.
We visited here for the first time, and we thoroughly enjoyed. We both ordered the surf and turf and it tasted amazing. Prices are reasonable and the staff were lovely. Highly recommended
We've lived near the Reverend James for over a year now and have been meaning to try it after hearing glowing reports from friends and family. The menu was fabulous and after we finally decided what to order, we were not disappointed as the food was lovely. Delivered to the table quickly and piping
I have been a regular since moving closer , food is always excellent.
However visiting tonight, I was told abruptly to pay for our food before we had eaten.
Ordered a coffee and a pint , my coffe was brought to table , no condiments were brought.
Also no pint.
I found two girls behind bar rude.

Dog friendly, fabulous food, such lovely warm staff, havent felt that welcome in a pub for a very long time. Cannot rate them high enough. Call ahead when booking for food, they have a restaurant one side, a bar the other, and a marquee in the carpark. Ample parking for a busy place, also a beer gar
Brilliant place food was brilliant portion size and waiting times were both excellent, ps good parking too.

Nice local pub, very good service and lots of choice.
Been today for lunch. Hadn't booked in advance but managed to get a table. Only one mrmber of staff on duty and she was run off her feet but still remained calm and polite. She was brilliant.
Excellent friendly service received today, nothing was too much effort. All of our Food was absolutely amazing quality and piping hot. Thank you so much x
