What an amazing and unique little spot! Will definitely be coming back, multiple times, I can see it already! It’s perfect for lunch, with a variety of interesting flavours in the form of bowls, baos and wraps. They are all for healthy eating, but don’t sacrifice any flavour. The quencher was beyond gorgeous, with the little garnishes being a nice and welcomed touch. All the food so very filling and exciting, well worth the price (look out for all the cheeky deals they have too!) The staff went above and beyond as well, informing us of deals, having a little chat about the place, and offering to bring the food out as it was ready. All in all, fabulous experience, and will become one of the top spots in Loughborough!

Really good range of Korean food, catering for children as well, everything was very fresh and tasty. Prices are good and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Definitely recommend going, especially if you like spicy food (you can have it without it being hot as well), the pancake desert is amazing.

So this place is an absolute gem. Me and my fiancee had to choose between this and Nandos which I desperately enjoy. So it was a bit of a risk, HOWEVER do yourself a favor and visit Grounded Kitchen...I mean look at all the colours in the pictures, clearly healthier than Nandos and tastier too. It's not too spicy, the friendly staff can make it mild or hot. Portions are big and they have an option for extra large. Atmosphere is relaxing and the music is spot on. After our meal, we had a blue coconut latte which was interesting. It lacks caffeine so you wouldn't get a buzz from it. But it did heat me up on a windy chill afternoon. So, please take a leap of faith and order from Grounded Kitchen. Amazing food!

My favourite new takeaway. Its amazing to find a place that does healthy food whilst I'm in training. Just a shame I have to drive 30 minutes to enjoy it. Ashby-de-la-Zouch needs a grounded kitchen!!!

Really lovely contemporary korean restaurant. Food and drinks are overall really nice, just a little pricey for the portion size, but I guess they seem to be a more modern, tasty but healthier eating restaurant. Vegan options were amazing!

Had a great lunch from here - aubergine bulgogi was tasty, chicken bulgogi and an added peanut sauce was excellent. Korean food is pretty spicy so be warned! We have also tried the Sweet Potato & Edamame bean which was sweeter. Really good kimchi too.

The Buldak fire chicken was tasty while also being healthy with a ton of veggies packed in under the chicken. The portion size was really big and good value for money. Looking forward to trying more from here.

The Chicken Buldak Firebowl is exquisite with the spicy peanut sauce added. Lots of flavour. Vegetables and Salads are lovely and I tend to avoid my veg and salads! That's saying something (for those who know me haha!). If this place did chips, kwahhh they'd be even better!

Great Korean food, great to have a different option. Cosy, clean outlet Good service and generally efficient. The only disappointment is the food is Luke warm and cold by the time you get home. Not good reheating as packed, especially when cold/raw/salad items with rice etc in layered.

Nice little hidden gem to get a meal or snack before you jump on the bus. Extremely tasty bao buns 👌🏽
