Let's start off with the negative. Google Maps calls this hotel 4 star. It's not - but then it doesn't charge what a 4 star hotel would. What you get is what it calls itself: a guesthouse. With very friendly, helpful staff and a small but very comfortable room.

Can I just say what a place. Lovely food lovely little place. could do with a little bit more in the shower area ( but I was told about this). Your host Baz and his wife are so helpful and will try and accommodate you in any way possible. Every time I go it gets better.
Used for a 2 night stay, the room was more than adequate for my needs and the staff were exceptional through out my whole stay & so helpful, had an evening meal there which was really nice at a good price and the breakfast left me full all day.
If I'm in that area again I would defiantly stay there
Lovely quiet hotel, Very friendly and helpful staff, a few mins walk from town. Parking onsite, restaurant downstairs and massage service a definite plus. A hidden jem A++

Me and my staff stayed here for 4 nights. We stayed for work commitments. The rooms and facilities are perfect. The guest house was walking distance from the town centre. The staff are amazing. the whole experience was brilliant, the staff and food was excellent and helped with selecting the best dishes for our tastes. thoroughly deserve the 5 stars!
The room had some damp spots on it, but the room itself was not bad. The purple mood lighting was very nice at nighttime. Came with freeview tv, of which it was a decent sized tv. Had random troubles with the shower temperature changing itself, probably from running water elsewhere.

Such a great little find in Loughborough. There is a traditional Thai spa on site and the restaurant serves Thai food. The prices are reasonable and the hosts are so helpful.
