Only one waiter handling guests, delivery and phone, so service a bit chaotic, though friendly. Really good food. Szechuan - but actually serve a huge range of Chinese food. But they do have the equipment for hot-pot.

We moved in Loughborough area in November and since we discovered this little gem is our to go when we feel like a cinese night. It Never disappointed us, portions are big and prices are very reasonable, when we do delivery, they are also very quick. Thank you 😊 we love all your dishes.

Best authentic Szechuan and few other Chinese cuisines - Food is not modified to Western taste; it is the most closely eating Chinese Food in China. Personally, my retrospective memory of going to this place a decade ago, and the menu was only written in Mandarin, and I was the only western eating there surrounded by far eastern patrons. The staff by then (usually international Chinese students) read you aloud in their best English and explain each choice. The owner, a kind Chinese man, used to have several restaurants in Loughborough, including the missed MeetAll, to serve a 5-star Chinese cuisine (ornamented food that was almost a shame to be eaten). Currently, the Szechuan is up to date with Chinese/English menus and delivery service. This is an excellent opportunity to try authentic Szechuan cuisine out of China. Great Hot-Pot choice or "à-la-carte" off the Szechuan menu. Sadly, not a place to retake my old mum, with a more conventional western taste. Although, they can accommodate similar westernised food versions. The only downside is the cash-only requirement, knowing this to keep prices more affordable. Get cash in advance, or you can get it whilst they prepare your food order. For a more traditional Chinese food, there are abundant good choices around Loughborough. Plenty of Chinese/Asian/Fusion restaurants has been established in this town for extensive years, which I also endorse. Covid-secure improvements at the entrance with hand-sanitiser and acrylic dividers between tables currently in place make a meal inside as safe as possible. Food maintained the quality and consistency of always.

A lovely restaurant in Loughborough with an exciting menu where you are spoilt by choice and served with beautiful plate decorations with chopsticks. Well worth a visit do not pass it by on the way to town!

Have been to the restaurant itself and also ordered delivery multiple and was thoroughly pleased on all the occasions. The portions are very reasonable for the price to start with, and they're definitely delicious and authentic. I had the Mapo tofu and Dried Beef Hofun and it tasted just like it was made from home :)

Hidden gem that everyone needs to know about. From the outside it doesn't look particular impressive, in fact we very nearly didn't go in thinking it wouldn't be any good. Luckily we did because the food was the most authentic and tasty Chinese food in the area. There's no problem ordering as there's a picture menu. Price was very reasonable (@@£10 per head and we were so full we could hardly walk). There's a good range of dishes and even the most fussy eater daughter of ours could find something she liked. We're going back there again in a few days. I think we'll be there quite often now that we've found this little hidden secret. If you want proper Chinese food, this is the place, spread the word!

Every time we holiday anywhere up north from London we tend to make a pit stop in Loughborough and go to this chinese restaurant for a quick bite to eat. Portions are generous and price is reasonable. Pretty authentic szechuan cuisine

I always come here with my group of friends. Before and after the first lockdown. Highly recommended for the braised beef noodle soup. It’s lockdown right now and I just wish I could eat here again to satisfy the cravings.

Lovely food, friendly staff, even let me have a dish of sweet and sour chicken mixed with a different chow mein dish! (which I highly recommend) Only downside was that the room was a bit small and it was very busy

So not your typical English style Chinese place food is more authentic. Hotpot is good and noodles are homemade. Recommended
