Not a customer, I only been there twice in my life , none the less, I liked the coffee and the staff was friendly polite and quite quick
Standard Starbucks fayre, but you can't use the app as the branch is affiliated with Cineworld, rather than it being a stand-alone Starbucks.
The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable on their menu
Nice place to relax, not too crowded.
My only comment about Starbuck in general is that it’s a little pricey

Easy to access for coffee with friends as has wide aisles for wheelchair/powerchair. Good disabled toilet access.
Love how peaceful it is compared to many coffee shops I’ve been to

A caramel macchiato is always a good thing for me, but when Gina at Starbucks in Loughborough Town centre made it today, I could see the concentration on her face. She was doing her best to make it as perfectly as she could. And for this I thank her and all the staff there. I couldn't have asked for a better experience
The only Starbucks in Loughborough. Great Starbucks to work in and has lots of room. It's a franchise so just remember if you have a Starbucks card or other drink vouchers that they can't and don't accept them here. They do however, accept points from your Cineworld Card.
Well appointed and nicely laid out with lots of power sockets for charging as you sip your coffee. Only downside is that it is open on one side to the stairwell to the cinema upstairs and a bit draughty.
I love this place the staff are always so friendly especially the taller girl with blonde curly hair is so nice and always put a smiley face on my drink! Thank you so much loughborough SB staff for always being so friendly! Xx
As you expect from any Starbucks establishment, excellent drinks that are consistently good, which are a little on the pricey side. But great place to meet friends and catch up with old ones.
