We had a lovely experience here, the staff were so incredibly kind and did everything to make sure we were comfortable. our waitress in particular was absolutely wonderful, she went above and beyond to ensure we were accommodated for. You couldn’t ask for better customer service than this! Would absolutely recommend and we’ll definitely be returning!
The best Pizza Express I have been to. The layout is spacious and airy. Great atmosphere. Lovely welcome by Lewis, and all staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. We will be back.
The place was clean, the food was hot and full of flavour and plenty of it. Service was actually excellent with a bunch of smiley helpful waitresses.. I definitely would go back.
I went for food at the loughborough pizza express on 28/09.
My daughter has an allergy and they questioned it as we were welcomed at the door, which I find was useful as they already knew about the allergies before I ordered our food.
The manager on shift was very welcoming and he asked us our preference on where we would like to sit and we chose our usual seat, he helped me with my pushchair up the stairs.
My food was amazing, suited to our allergies and waitress beth helped me to change items on the pizza so that it was dairy free.
The food was really well cooked and tasted amazing. With it being vegan cheese, I was expecting something completely different. We will be coming again!!

I went to pizza express in Loughborough for a lunch with my girlfriends, and we had such an enjoyable time.
The food was lovely and so it was the staff, Karolina welcomed us and sat us at the table, made some recommendations and was very friendly.
We’re definitely coming back!
We had our Daughters 8th Birthday here yesterday. The whole experience was fantastic and such a great idea. The children loved making Pizza with the Young Lady showing them all what to doo, and the extra games and activities were fun. A brilliant experience for a party and the friendly staff were all absolutely amazing! Many thanks for giving us a brilliant morning!! 👍👍👍

Came here for a Fathers Day meal, was pleasantly greeted by a the manager, I think he name was Lewis. Made the experience really nice, and was incredibly helpful. The staff in general were all very welcoming. Made for a throughly enjoyable meal out :)
Special thank you to Lewis, we came in on Saturday for a staff meal and he was super friendly, helpful and his service was amazing. Never met such a happy and polite person, definitely makes Pizza Express a nice place and we will be back soon!

This was our first visit to a Pizza Express which made a nice change to our usual choice of pizza restaurant. With somewhere new, the menu choice was refreshing (it's so easy to find a favourite dish and stick to it)
We went with the intention of sticking to the two mains for £10 deal but upgraded a little to a larger pizza. I opted for the Diavolo, my partner, the New Porchetta, my Mom had the Pollo ad Astra and my Mom in law the Classic Lasagna. The pizzas were all on the thin Romano base which meant the knife and fork approach but also meant they were light enough to polish off without the need for a doggy take out box at the end of the evening. The Diavolo was nice and spicy, the Porchetta nice and tasty as was the Pollo ad Astra. Comments about the Lasagna came as "the best lasagna I've ever tasted" so a big thumbs up for the food.
I finished with a cappuccino which again was all good. The service was fantastic and Roberto (taking the name from the receipt) was so helpful and full of smiles throughout the evening.
The place was lively, clean, fresh, modern and airy and seems very popular. It takes walk ins as well as bookings and given its close proximity to Cineworld makes for a handy post/ pre movie meal venue.
I think we'll be returning to make our way through the menu to find our Pizza Express favourite. Would recommend a visit.

I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience at Pizza Express in Loughborough, it’s by far one of the best I’ve visited, Lewis was super attentive and friendly throughout my visit and the food was perfect - I’ll definitely return when I next visit Loughborough.
