I used to love this place. I've been everywhere and these guys do the best nachos I've ever had. We asked them to cater our wedding but they couldn't do it (boo).
Early dinner. Great service and very short wait for our meal. Shame there was no coffee available otherwise would have been perfect. 🌟

Probably a little too noisy for my liking, but lively.

Amazing place, truly a shame it is shutting down. We have celebrated so many life events here. I hope they manage to come back in a cheaper venue.

First time back to cactus after lockdown. We felt safe with the distance between tables. The food and service were excellent. Very good value. Best Nachos starter I have had. Well done to Jenette and staff.
Fantastic food for a great price! It's not my first time in this place. I return to this great place with pleasure. Staff always great you with smile! If you want a great evening with nice atmosphere do not hesitate :)
I have no idea where any of the negative reviews have come from... Seriously don't take any notice! My wife and I have grown up with this place and not once has it disappointed in twenty odd years! The portions are huge, great quality and the service is always good. It's cheap, consistent and in a town which is sadly bereft of good quality restaurants, it is an absolute gem! The only thing I'd change is that they no longer serve the dos équis beer, but other than that I wouldn't have it any other way!
We were a small group with toddler, and the staff at Cactus cafe impressed us with how prepared they were to receive our toddler. Bumper seat already in place, with crayons and colour in children's menu set up, and the usual candle unlit and capped.
The food was gorgeous, freshly prepared and the changes we asked to the menu items for handled well.
The staff were friendly and approachable, and very helpful. Even catering to a fussy toddler.
Booking is required, but we would definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends.
This place is friendly, great value and has quality unpretentious tasty food. I have been several times and I am always impressed.
