I live in the village and decided to go out for Sunday lunch there today. Food was perfect and I’m not sure how I managed to eat it all. Very good portions. Hospitality/welcome was brilliant. Proper pub. Good food.
Stopped off at pub plenty parking friendly atmosphere the gardens were spot on for kids to play in friendly staff landlady very helpful and john who I think is father to landlady great fella and a trucker plenty stories lol food arrived and couldnot fault it thankyou too all ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Lovely friendly staff great service. We only had panninis as it was lunch but they had lots of filling and were very tasty.
Good pub - was very busy when we went ! Good spacious garden ! Also do a great food selection- worth a visit! We only had drinks at the time of our visit!

The food was nice, the staff friendly and we enjoyed our visit. Worth booking ahead both times we went in a Sunday and it was booking only if you want to eat.

We came up from London for our son's wedding and came here for lunch in a large group. Super friendly lady took our order and food was great.
Had a great roast beef dinner, plenty of veg and gravy. Really good quality. And the coffee is the best I’ve ever tried. Service was excellent. A great afternoon out.
Although it's very local to us we had not been for a while. So glad we tried it again. The staff were extremely polite, the service was second to none and the food was AMAZING! Booked a table for 2 x adults & 1x Dog, we arrived 30 mins earlier than out reservation time but very friendly staff told us no problem at all come on in and find a table.
