Had lunch today first time here ,really quirky ,loved it from very friendly staff to food being amazing !we will 100% be back and can’t recommend Fenways highly enough!
Me and my girlfriend had a very relaxing night in here, food was great, the staff very polite and nice, the place itself has like this “je ne sais quoi” thing going on. Overall, good place, good people.
Best food in Loughborough, just what the town needed. Definetly recommend the ribs, onion rings and the sweet potato fries are well worth the extra pound. Fantastic

Popped in today for lunch with my husband and 2 children. I had the veggie Hella Mozzarella burger and it was awesome! Very flavoursome and the Sweet Potato Fries were gorgeous (my 8 month old son loved them too) and the coleslaw is to die for!! Staff were lovely and friendly. We'll definitely be back! ���

Great food but let down by atrocious service!
Visited last night with friends, had been looking forward to this as the menu looked great and the venue looks interesting.
On arrival the bar was not busy by any standard and we were met by a sole member of staff who showed us to a table. It immediately became clear that this gentleman was out of his depth both as a bartender and as a server. It took 10 minutes to take a drinks order and even longer to for the 3 drinks to arrive (Guinness, water and a coke). When taking the food order it was clear he was not familiar with the menu, it’s items or the specials. The “beer and burger” deal cards were not out and were not mentioned at all during the service.
The food was eventually ordered but the open plan of the of the restaurant meant that we could see the order being prepared and then placed on the hot plate only to sit there for another 10 minutes while he struggled with another tables service.
Once the food arrived though it was worth the wait. The burgers were large, juicy and full of toppings, fries were generous in portion size and crispy. I ordered a side of hot wings which were served in a wetter style but still very tasty.
Overall we would go back for the food but management really needs to sort out the bar and table service! If the place were any busier it would have been a nightmare.
Me and my girlfriend's fist visit yesterday the food was excellent with a good portion size !! The cocktails are done properly !! The staff are very professional and friendly we are very impressed by how highly trained they are !! We are looking forward to visiting again soon !! We will be recommending this restaurant to friends and family !!
Wow, superb. Completely unexpected, very tasty lunch time burger. Both of us blown away by this place, definitely coming back.
Only down side was the onion ring batter was extremely salty
This place is great and I would highly recommend to anyone.
The decor is cool with a rustic look and a clean environment.
The staff were fab, welcoming, polite accommodating and helped made a good relaxing atmosphere.
The food was excellent, well presented, good portion size, flavoursome and well cooked.
Will definitely be going back some day as we had a great evening for our anniversary.

I was very excited to try this new establishment. Due to the popularity of American style BBQ bars across the country I thought it was about time Loughborough got one too. I was also happy this was not a chain.
I thought the decor of the place was very cool and the staff welcoming. As four strapping men we asked to be moved from our original seating as the table was on the small side. This was acknowledged with no issues.
Since I was not drinking that evening I was on the soft drinks and decided to indulge in the milkshakes which I found very moreish. However the choice of drinks both hard and soft were good and I would visit just for a drink as they had a reasonable selection of beers available.
Now onto the food. The portions were of a good size and meant we actually over ordered. We had hush puppies and wings to start which were all very nice to share (not a dig specifically at Fenways but all establishments that chose to serve wings in odd numbers! - who gets the extra one or who gets less?). In terms of mains, I had the Hot Daddy burger which was substantial and tasty. Main only gripe would be that the burger was a little over done. Not burnt however it had lost much of it's juices rendering it...healthier :-( The patty was dense but just lacked a bit of moisture. The brisket however was perfect. Finally I had a side of Mac and Cheese with pulled pork which could have done with the juice from the pork being given back to the burger as that was a little oily yet was still tasty. The richness meant it was better for sharing.
All in all some minor gripes however the place is new and trying to bring a positive experience to the town. I would definitely come back for both food and drinks. As mentioned the staff were great (I want to say our waiter was Chris...? either way the staff were fantastic in their banter, helpfulness and recommendations.

Nice quiet place to eat, very casual. Good for a working lunch. They have a small lunch offers menu, from which I had a corn dog, fries and drink for £6. The food was nice and we'll priced. Would go again.
Not much to choose from on the menu, however food is rather good. Even better if you have a love Loughborough card.... You get 20% off

I go there pretty regularly. The food is excellent US style stacked burgers, fries and speciality meats. Excellent portions and a wide variety of drinks. Kids menu is good value. Staff are always attentive and friendly. It is not just a restaurant, in the evenings it is a great bar with weekly live music and events.
Really good food, good friendly (genuinely friendly) staff, relaxed atmosphere, a little loud, but not obnoxiously so.
Was a little chilly to start, but it was 2*C outside and there were multiple portable heaters that made for a snug and comfortable evening.
PS, the deep fried gherkins are amazing!!
Spot on food. The Mrs wanted a kids meal, due to the astronomical size of the burgers, and they were happy to do this for her. Service was good, though took ages to take payment, so ended up going to the bar to pay.
Good range of drinks and craft beers. Would go here again, anytime.

Great restaurant with super friendly staff. The ribs are ridiculously good and a challenge to finish. Lots of different ales and craft beers to try and delicious looking cocktails if you prefer.
There is a really cool bar out the back on weekends which is still a bit of a hidden gem!
Went not expecting much, but I had a 20% off voucher so I thought I would treat the misses to a midweek date night.
Wow, so glad we did go. Seriously tastey burgers. I am burger lover, and it takes something special to impress. I chose the burger of the week, Sweet dreams are made of cheese, I would probably chuck this in my top 10 of all time burgers.
The staff were friendly, and we got served quickly, however it was a Wednesday and the place was pretty dead. Bit disappointed with the lack of beer choices, but the Fenways Pilsner was nice. Highly recommend if you're a burger fan, you won't be disappointed.
