Beautiful, beautiful nursery, good quality and range of plants; a delight to walk around, and we particularly loved the bee garden. The beauty of this place begins in the car park! Yes even the car park is lovely and inviting. The shop is a little treasure trove, gorgeous gifts, and am always compelled to purchase something ... but sadly wanting to buy more than money will run to. The cafe is lovely, with a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for catching up with friends for coffee. The staff are lovely, service is excellent. This place ticks all my boxes; love it here.
A lovely garden centre, nice shop, dog friendly and plenty parking.
The cafe and restaurant are both very good.
We particularly enjoyed the view from the teepee ⛺️
An excellent garden nursery, with very informative staff. Superb views towards Restormal Castle just outside Lostwithiel. Also an excellent cafe, which serves superb cakes.
What a lovely place, it is expensive if compared to other national trust shops and garden centres but they have a beautiful collection of items. I would go there just as an experience in itself. The staff are super lovely too. The best thing... dogs are allowed :)
Beautiful flowers in full blooms. Spectacular views where the Tippee was located on top of the hilly/back part of the garden. Good foods, we enjoyed our visit at the Duchy of Cornwall cafe/nurseries 😎
Wonderful staff. Delicious, well presented food in the cafe. We bought plants and gifts in the new extended shop area.
Great garden centre, huge selection of plants in wonderful condition. One of the best cafes in Cornwall with great menu selection, lovely staff and top quality food; we had a fabulous lunch. Extensively stocked gift shop however a bit on the expensive side: I was at Trebah Gardens recently which has similar problems but much value. Duchy Gardens is a great place to visit.
This is a quality place. Not cheap, but when ,then,is quality cheap ? A great range of plants ,garden ornaments etc and a very busy cafe. Sadly we couldn't afford to wait ,so will be going back when we have more time.
It's not the most accessible garden centre, but we'll worth making the effort
A stunning garden centre. Cafe looked beautifully designed and clean. Staff very sweet and helpful. Lots of very exotic flowers and plants. I have to say that the displays inside are very well thought out and lots of love has gone into the layout and ambiance of this place. Honestly it's like being back in London for me... Although the prices felt a bit like that too... maybe I've become a cheapo since moving but £50 for a tiny small dish seemed laughable.... Despite this they have made sure there is something affordable for everyone. I bought a chilli plant and a few herbs and my sister bought some pots... We spent £30 between us.
Small but charming. Lovely for a coffee and a cake but check out the menu before heading down for lunch, it won't suit everyone. Accessible entrance and parking though the displays and shoppers make it a bit tight inside. Dog friendly.
