Lovely local pub, great atmosphere, the staff are always welcoming and friendly. As a local group of friends, we occasionally spend the evening in there, we have always had a good night. The price of drinks are very reasonable for Looe. The owners really have made this pub into a community hub. I hi

It may look a little tired but it is clean, great service and everyone is friendly. I haven't marked the food as I didn't eat there. I'd go back. It was nice.

If you don't mind basic, it's a good pub. We all had a good meal, especially the home made chips. Menu is limited but all 7 of us managed to eat.
Couldn't fault the hospitality, all very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
Decent pint of tribute !! Much needed after our car broke down, friendly atmosphere, cheery locals and the gentleman behind the bar was super helpful making sure we got home safe thank you so much! We will return (once back on the road)

What a gem of a pub basic menu but absolutely delicious, it's a bit out of town but walkable if you can manage the hills from Looe (we managed it)and definitely worth a visit, loved it there it was one of my favourite places to eat

My first time in Barbican Inn and was very impressed. I was well looked after by the Landlady with my broken foot. Beer was nicely chilled and great tasting. Also great local atmosphere. Not not wish for a better local.
