The Globe Inn - Looe - Photo album

The pub is situated right opposite the station so it can be your perfect spot for a meal before you take a train. It looks like a place frequented by locals. We were happy with our sandwiches (bacon & brie and posh fingers). Prices are very reasonable and service is friendly. The menu has got enoug

16 of us enjoyed a meal at the globe for my Mums 60th. Staff were extremely accommodating right from the booking stage through to the meal. Lovely food and great service. We will definitely be returning!!
If you're staying in Looe take a stroll just out of town to this fantastic pub. Great food and a super friendly atmosphere. Our dinner was all really tasty and wonderfully presented. Great value for money too. Highly recommend!
Amazing food one of the best steaks I’ve had! The host was amazing and couldn’t have done anymore for us! The chef was amazing too and put a lot of care and attention into the food! Great atmosphere and I will definitely be back when I come to visit again! Ps we love Norman and we are his biggest fa
Very warm welcome and excellent service. Really wanted to give 5 star but the roast dinner although honest, unpretentious and big portioned just fell short. Looks like a good pub for live music.
Went in for some drinks on a rainy day, lovely warm atmosphere lots of nice people inside, we even got offered seats by a couple since the pub was pretty full. Drinks were reasonably priced, good selection of spirits behind the bar, I didn’t have any food but it smelled good from the kitchen.
Had a great meal at The Globe Inn. The food was excellent and the although the sea food platter on the menu was for two people, they very kindly made up a platter for one for my wife. The rib-eye steak was very nice, and my daughter's tapas was delicious. Staff were very friendly and although there

What you'd call a 'proper pub'. The perfect place to rest up before (or after) a long trip on the railway. They serve a good range of beers and ciders and have a nice garden out front. It's very popular with the locals and was rammed on the weekend which overall created a good atmosphere. They have
Just the best meal I’ve had in years! Connor the chef came out and spoke to us, I’d refused the green pepper sauce but then pinched most of my husbands! Made fresh from scratch. Genuine pub, lovely atmosphere and staff. The fresh fish and chips almost swim at you and the steak should not be missed.
A great local pub. Lively atmosphere. Great friendly staff. I didn't have any food so can't comment.
