Fantastic place for me this is was the best place we visited on our holiday for food and drinks excellent choice of drinks on the bar, we've travelled around from Torquay, Plymouth, Looe, polperro and Newquay before finding the black swan the quality lager was 5* best in the Looe area and the food

After being turned away from a neighbouring restaurant on my husband’s birthday for having 3 dogs even though we had asked 2 days before and was assured it was ok we found The Black Swan. Popped in for dinner on the last night of our holiday, it was the perfect way to finish our trip. To begin with we were the only customers in there, more people arrived as we were eating.
A good range of food on the menu, we each went for a portion of loaded fries, they were delicious. Good portion

We both had Cod, chips and peas. It was wonderful. Crispy batter, lovely fish and the best chips. All served piping hot. Highly recommend.
After having a bad experience at another restaurant we came upon the black swan and thank god we did as a party of 4 and 3 spaniels we all had the steak and ale pie and it's safe to say its the best one I've ever had and the rest of my party agreed will definitely return and spread word about the me
Great food. Dog and kid friendly. Shame there couldn’t be a little more attention to detail when it comes to service. No additional sauces offered food put down and left.
