Very nice pizza
Serving time was optimal
Possibly my favourite Pizza Hut in terms of staff. Very nice staff with an amazing sense of humour. Our server Daniella did an amazing job, giving Ali’s perfect tips. One of the nice people you could meet.
I go for a pizza with my sister before the cinema on a Tuesday the Guy that greeted us was really friendly and told us that they were quiet busy and short staffed he explained they were only taking card payments and would send someone to take our order, it was really busy and customers had to come back the guy was always very polite and friendly and explained the situation to them Our server was a girl called Ellie who was really nice and friendly and brought our pizzas over when we explained we didn't have Long because of the cinema she kindly brought us a box over she hasn't been there long but was doing a really good job because it was so busy The pizza was good salad bar was OK but some of the sauces needed refilling the staff are really nice and friendly and work hard so a credit to the company
Staff are great vegan selection has got a lot bigger. Favourite food venue. Getting a table takes a bit longer than normal but it's great seeing how careful the tables are cleaned due to covid
Pizza was huge, so the biggest size could suit about 3 or 4 people. The ice cream was great, and the salad bar was constantly being topped up. However, it's a bit on the pricey side, but it's still cheaper and better than Domino's ( my benchmark for pizza).
Customer service at Middlesbrough branch is always excellent and it’s what brings us back - and also the lovely pizza!
We popped in for a quick bite to eat before the cinema, and the drinks and food didn't take long to arrive. The staff were friendly, but there were several very young kids running around unsupervised. I think it was unlimited ice cream, but it was pretty annoying and noisy until they left
We had an excellent visit to this branch of Pizza Hut. The service was very good and food prepared to a high standard. Very pleased all round.
Staff were friendly and helpful, food arrived quickly and was well presented
Had the all you can eat buffet which was not too bad, we had to wait a few moments for them to bring them out as they, was making them when they ran out
The buffet lunch was really good. Lovely fresh salad ingredients & fresh pizzas brought out regularly.
Sadly the ice cream machine stopped freezing but, as we'd specifically checked it was working when we arrived, the manageress brought us a huge tray with scooped ice cream in bowls for all of us plus bowls containing all the toppings. We'd bought the £14.99 deal which included ice cream so she couldn't really do anything else, even so it was a nice gesture. Would certainly come here again, especially as pizza huts are few & far between now.
First time back in Pizza Hut as an adult and I loved it. Always a great deal to find. Also the salad bar is always a winner.
We used to go here a lot, then the service went a bit downhill, we didn't go for a while. I go with my brothers and thier families (theres a lot of us) we went today after a long time and i have got to admit they have really upped their game. Amy was the lady who looked after us and she single handedly done such a Great job of making sure we had everything we needed and were looked after. The whole experience was great, we will definitely be coming more regularly for sure. Thank you Amy :-)

Lovely experience at Pizza Hut this afternoon. We were looked after by Katie, who was fantastic! Lovely mannerisms, great customer service and she was very professional. Food was delicious!
