Out exploring and googled searched pubs. Random find, came off our route, and ended up this beautiful village pub. I'm fairly nervous about new places, but my nerves needn't have bothered. The pub had a very friendly, welcoming atmosphere. We were served in a timely manner, and they found us a table

Starters and mains were better, tastier, more genuine than you get in most restaurants, but not pretentious just wholesome. (Desserts looked amazing too.) Small, genuine pub with honest service. Cosy enough bar area, totally unWetherspoonsified unlike the vast majority of remaining pubs, and no cont
The dinner at this pub, in the heart of Longborough, a small and charming village in the Cotswolds, was the perfect conclusion to our stay in this magnificent region. Warm and friendly welcome, excellent service, and delicious dishes, freshly prepared with imaginative and flavorful combinations yet
Lovely and helpful staff Phone battery ran dangerously low while hiking through the Cotswolds. Turned up at the pub and asked if they could charge my phone and they were more than happy to help. Lifeline. Had a chat with owner, Richard, while waiting. A nice and bright chap with an interesting sto

The Coach and Horses was our local pub whilst on holiday in the Cotswolds last week. It was such a treat to have a traditional pub on the door step. Myself and my dog received a very warm welcome from John and Dee and all the staff on each occasion. Sunday lunch was fantastic, as were the other m
Fantastic food and service, some of the best chips I've had in a pub. My wife is fairly fussy and she was so happy with her food.
Nice clean pub, lots of outdoor seating! Unfortunately we came too early and the kitchen was not open yet so no review on chips…

Very warm and welcoming atmosphere! Friendly bartender and good escape from the rain, can only recommend
Busy with the rugby on, we were there for a meal and were seated round the corner (we were eating early). John is a great host and the food was lovely. Good selection of lagers, reasonably priced wine and a great local Golden ale, served using a sparkler on request. Cheers John! Proper pub 👍
Stopped here for a drink and bite to eat in middle of a walk. Couldn't recommend the venison burger more. Lovely meal and the lady behind the bar was very welcoming!
Proper English pub, done well. Food is good and reasonably priced, lovely inside and out.
