We ate the steak sandwich, absolutely delicious, tasty steak, mushrooms and onions all smothered in cheese with garlic mayo and a mustard dressing.
Other half ate the steak & ale pie again scrumptious nicely seasoned pie!
The place itself is in need of a good refurbishment, quite grotty in the toilets. A little smelly.
We always drive past Benny’s Diner but never stopped to eat - well, we did go to try it and we have been back 4 times already!! Great food, great ambiance and excellent service! I was looking for a cafe / diner that served good English breakfast, Benny’s Diner met expectations and exceeded. I ordered full English with fried bread, portion was huge - I didn’t finish my food, I was stuffed! Thank you Benny’s Diner Chef & Staff, we will be back! see you soon! :)

Great little venue with a lot of charm, great customer service and very attentive staff. Good food at a reasonable price, certainly better than it would have been in its previous guise of Frankie & Benny's (cleverly recycled branding, love it!).
Nice location, lovely decor and general vibe, I really liked it and the views of the road and fields whilst eating was pleasant. Requests for cold water for my mother's hot coffee were met without fuss, they're clearly happy to help.
Only downsides I'd say are the carpark is clearly an original surface from a 90's Little Chef so it's tight, spaces small and surface pretty bad, I can't hold that against the place though of course. Also the Travelodge behind is clearly being used as housing and looks run down (thought it was derelict at first!) and unwelcoming, don't let it put you off though.

Lovely milkshake highly recommend! The burgers were to die for definitely some of the best around the area! Seating and theme was superb! Classy American diner whilst serving good quality and value. There was parking here as well. We were given crayons for our toddlers, it helped out greatly. If you would like to tip the staff unfortunately you have to do it in cash. Card payments are still accepted for food as well though.
Full English and Chilli cheese burger pit stop on our way back from Norfolk. Service was swift cost about £15 each with drinks
Surprisingly good and quite busy. Obviously was a Little Chief but now a dinner. The coffee was good from a push button machine. The food was big and tasty. Look out for the specials above the food preparation area. Service was quick too.
Absolutely delicious home cooked food. Had the pork belly which was on the specials board and it was fabulous with lovely veg and mash. Great value and friendly service - highly recommend!!!
Dropped in on our way home from our hols. The front of house/waitress was really lovely, kind, friendly and alert to the fact that I was Cealiac when I looked at the menu as to what would be safe for me. She also came outside to let me know I could take my little dog in. She is a credit to Benny's Diner and so are the Chefs. My chicken with salad and dressing were beautiful. Will definitely call again if going that way. Be kind to them if calling as they work very hard to ensure everything is right for the customer. Thank you again to those working at Bennys.
Called in here on the way home from holiday, we'll be calling again next year... Staff are so friendly, my lil puppy gotta sausage on the house! Food is amazing, portion sizes are huge!!! Had a slice of pecan pie to bring home and I wasn't disappointed!!!
Only thing I can fault is the prices need updating on the website but its not a major price increase.

Ideal if you are staying at the local travel lodge. Popped in for an evening meal, basic American style dinner. Staff are friendly and they have a good selection of freshly cooked meals. Easy parking and most main meals between 10 and 15 pounds.
Very filling breakfast with thick sliced toast and a mug of tea, mostly dropped a star because the prices differ from the website, and I feel the sausages should be better quality for the price charged, but still set up well for the day.
What a gem. We popped in to have a bite to eat and we were surprised what a great place.
Me and my family went here on the 29th of June and everything was fabulous. The staff were amazingly friendly and were super nice. The chefs are skilled and create great food. The servers are quick and polite. It is dog friendly so a great place to bring your dog, as they are offered a bowl of water to drink. Incredible atmosphere and incredible staff/service. Will visit again.
Just had a lovely late lunch with five of us. Food was great and the service was above and beyond. Especially with my five year old who was very excited about playing server, the servers and chef were great with her and played along brilliantly. Thank you for your patience with and kindness towards a very hyperactive child!

We all had burgers (dirty Mexican burger and chilli burger pictured) and they were excellent. Highly recommend dropping in.
Diner probably needs a new lick of paint and a clean up outside but don't let it put you off.
Excellent diner with a menu that caters for big appetites. Pleasant atmosphere and surroundings. Staff are busy and attentive.
Stopped off for breakfast on recommendation and so pleased we did, it was awesome. Service and food was fantastic, plenty of food so you won't leave wanting more!
