Very pleasant indeed. Nicely decorated, staff were friendly and helpful and my nachos were lovely. My friend had a classic burger which looked delicious and he said it was very good.

Been here a few times now & I haven't got a bad word to say about it. Friendly staff & great food at reasonable prices. Highly recommended for both food and drinks. Being dog friendly makes this an even nicer experience as you can stop off for food/drinks without having to leave your dog at home. Will definitely be returning.
The Corner Room is a real gem! The staff are friendly and charming, the place is cosy and the food is top rate! It's the second time I've had their all day brunch, and both were perfectly done and really tasty! Thank you so much π
Nicely updated pub. Great staff. Nice food. Good choice of wines and gins. Odd choice of beers though. A few quality lagers, a couple of new IPA's and some expensive cans of posh beer. Needs more old reliable staples such as Abbot at a lower price, and reducing the expensive quirky stuff. Long Eaton isn't ready for it. Camra discount.
The staff in the corner room are lovely. They are super friendly and genuinely look like they are enjoying their jobs. The food is always spot on and at a decent price . Only thing that's bad is the music is a little loud when sitting at certain tables . This place is well worth a visit if you need food fast and with a smile
Went here on Saturday with friends and the staff were wonderful, when we got there the young man that was to be our waiter (unfortunately I've forgotten his name) saw there was six of us and put tables together without any fuss so that we could sit together (3 adults and 3 teenage boys) he was extremely polite and when a burger was asked to be cooked a little more (personal preference of the person eating not the kitchens fault) they brought out a whole new meal without question. The young man then split the bill for us so that we could pay separately without us even needing to ask. Overall our experience was wonderful and I for one will definitely go back.

Have visited a number of times in recent months. As a vegan I am never very optimistic about food choices in pubs. In this case I was pleasantly surprised. A great selection of mains, and the chocolate praline with vegan ice cream is sublime. The lovely ladies behind the bar are super friendly and helpful. What more could I ask!
Great pub, good food (recommend the breakfast), good selection of beers, staff are really friendly Amy and the team are a credit to the pub world, you don't get the friendliness and professionalism in many pubs nowadays. Great atmosphere on Sundays with live music. Would definitely recommend. Keep it up.
The best Vegan Burger meal to date! What a super meal had by all and the service was 10/10. I had the Cutting Edge Burger meal (I requested salad instead of fries). I can honestly say after being vegan for more than 3 years this is the best I have tried yet. The onion rings in the bun were amazing, in fact the whole meal and experience was super. A local gem where I shall definitely be revisiting.

Had my daughters 4th birthday in the function room upstairs and all I can say is what an amazing time we had! The staff was so lovely and helpful and were always around in case we needed them. Venue was absolutely perfect for the party we had. Enough room for a bouncy castle, 50+ guests and still loads of room for kids to run and play. Food was absolutely amazing, tasty and fillingπ Thank you guy for your amazing service. Such a great team and will be returning again without a doubtπ
