Places like this don't have superior customer service and neither it's expected of them.you want you food, food doesn't differ from one subway joint to another. So you can have it at any place and it will all the same.

Handy little fast food place, staff are always friendly I was served by Daniel tall mixed race guy, he prepares the sandwich super quick and has a very calming demeanour. The shop is always clean too 10/10

I came in today for a BMT I live local and pop in often 10/10 for great service and my sandwich was amazing too The new manager is very friendly and a pleasure to talk too

This Subway is ace. One of the family can't eat gluten which rules out pretty much everything on the menu. Although Nachos are gluten free and this branch always get cheese from the back so it's not contaminated. This makes getting a meal for all the family in a rush a whole lot easier. Thanks

Went to Subway Long Eaton yesterday, it was very busy, enjoyed what we had = but when we went to the rest room/toilet, washbasins and toilet very much in need of a good clean and bleaching, didn't feel like using then, please get them cleaned

Regularly go here for a weekend sub and never disappointed. Staff always friendly and know what they're doing, always looks clean and tidy and the food is excellent. Better than the other subways around this area.

I love going in subway I always have a chicken and bacon foot long with cheese on top toasted the staff there are very friendly I always let them know that I'm deaf in both ears cos I can never hear what they say to me

As good as any other subway. Some items are quite expensive but the saver menu and particularly the nacho chicken sub is decent for £2.50...Can anyone tell me why it is that in subway, the glass counter front is so high and all the people who work there are so short? It's okay if you can lip read I

Really good place to eat. Bit expensive for a sarnie, but to be fair it is what it is. Most staff are friendly and helpful too. Cam get a bit messy around school kick out times tho
