The Steamboat Inn - Long Eaton - Photo album

We didn't eat here but of what food I saw it looked good. The service was excellent and plenty of locals made the atmosphere welcoming. Dogs are allowed with plenty of outside seating. As you can see from photos some unusual guests inside.
What a pub! Excellent service, great range of drinks. Always welcoming staff with great banter. Great ales and Always something new to try. Cider is hansom! The food is also really good. Great quality ingredients. All round a cracking pub, oh and super dog friendly, welcomed inside aswell as out!
Nice place to stop and have a drink. The pub is just as interesting inside as it is outside. Wonderful watching boats go through the lock, or doing inside and seeing the interesting decor. They welcome well behaved dogs too.
Excellent pies and great atmosphere, we came back when we discovered that there was live music!
Excellent Sunday lunch. Great location at Trent Lock on the Erewash canal. Quirky, interesting historic pub, welcoming friendly staff. Real ales, great value, generous proportioned food, choice of pork, beef, lamb or vegetarian. Well worth a visit. If you have mobility needs, check ahead, regular pa
A lovely little pub tucked away to the side of the canal where we had moored up. We had been travelling all day and was eager to eat but The Steamboat had stopped serving food ( it was after 8pm ) the landlord was most accommodating and allowed us to grab a take out and eat it there and even provide
Lovely place, didn't try any food so can't comment on that. But welcoming atmosphere and interesting decorations. Lovely outside area to sit too.
Lovely food, great spot next to the canal even have live music and dogs are welcome. What more could you want in the location it's in
Stopped for liquid refreshments after a lovely 4 mile circular walk long the canal and Attenborough Nature Reserve. Fabulous location and great selection of beers. Shipstones Gold Star and Welbeck Abbey Harley were excellent.

Popped for a drink sadly no food available at the time we went. Ace pub for being different with a carousel horse hung from the ceiling, a dalek sat in the corner and a very old motorbike and a Sinclaire C5 car (if you remember them lol) very query but lots to see 😊😊
Childhood memories bring back the what was at the time a zoo. Friendly staff and customers most generous. Hours mentioned 11am-9pm are correct. Open daily. Surely serves beer and all manner of beverage.
Very good service. Lovely drink.
