Quaint cafe with a wide selection of pastries and sandwiches. Not so busy, especially in the mornings. Staff are super friendly too. Can definitely spend time connected on their Wifi for work or to enjoy reading a book in one of the best pedestrian corners of covent garden.
Great coffee and cinnamon social. They do one of the best lattes in town surprisingly as a bakery! Generous cups at fair prices. They offer free tastings / treats on their famous cinnamon social and some bread of the week!
Nice place for some casual catch ups, good reads or getting some work done. Laptop friendly with free wifi and plugs.
Have visited a few different Ole & Steen locations. It is always nice and clean, with plenty of seating area. It is a nice place for breakfast or lunch. Also good to have a coffee and a snack while doing some work on your laptop. There is a very wide variety of sandwiches, pastries and cakes. Everything is delicious and freshly prepared. Staff are friendly and efficient. Overall very nice place.
I was really impressed with the neighbourhood store I recently visited which was fully packed but thanks to the staff who managed to get us a table. The pastries were great I had truffle mushroom toasties which tasted so good and I also bought rye bread .Cant forget to mention Dev who showed a great work with the service provided and she was sweet and showed keen interest in providing the quality latte she made and was delighted to have a conversation, her friendly assistance made my stay genuinely unforgettable

Came in and the people behind the counter didnt look very happy that customers came in. They had such straight faces on them -- maybe because it was raining.
I had the almond social with a vanilla latte that was served as a plain latte. Had to send it back so they had to do my order again but my drink wasnt hot or even warm. 😶

I am writing this to express my gratitude for the amazing service I receive at Ole and Steen, especially from Rabbi, Dev and Anna. I have come in multiple times and every single time the team exceeds my expectations. They make me feel welcome, comfortable and are always so helpful and kind. They never fail to put a smile on my face, they deserve all the praise. The place itself has a lovely environment, very cosy and clean with amazing food and drink options. Thank you guys :)
A great place to sit by and relax. The drink is not that special, but they have good seating downstairs, with a cold air conditioning that works wonders on hot days. They also have a clean toilet downstairs. The place have many seating, and most times it is not busy, so you can find a good seating almost every time.
Price is a little bit high, but what you expected from highly touristy area.
We stopped off at Ole and Steen for a cappuccino and Ole never disappoints. Cappuccino was hot as we like it and we easily got a table.
Always delicious pastries, and very good costumer service and the whole staff is always helpful!! Especially Dev is always welcoming and makes delicious coffee’s! Can’t wait to be back soon.
A gem hiding in plain sight.
If you've been to any Ole & Steen you know you'll never be disappointed with their food or beverages. What makes the Neal Street branch (listed as Seven Dials in O&S's app) so special is their friendly staff. Especially the Monday evening crew is awesome, they build proper customer relationships and even remember your likes and dislikes.
I have been to numerous O&S branches all over London but this one is my favourite.
Fantastic little Danish bakery. Popped in today for an afternoon snack - lots of choice and good value for money. Pastries tasted delicious and fresh. The coffee was perfect.

Great spot for Danish baked goods and breakfast. Big space and could accommodate larger groups (hard to find in the neighborhood) good service and even better wifi. Definitely worth a visit.
Lovely service was served by a girl named Caroline who was interactive and was recommending products in depth as I didn’t know much about the pastries and bread. Warm hot chocolate to compliment my service and plenty of seats to enjoy
The cake, tart and cinnamon swirl are excellent. However, they ran out of ice for iced coffee and the coffee isn't of ideal quality.
Great and fast service. Everything was neat and clean. I came in on Saturday (30th Sept) with my friend and was served by a gentleman called Bilal. He made a few suggestions and we were very happy with them!!
