Very spacious, upstairs looks very comfortable but this time we stuck to downstairs tables. Barista knows what they’re doing, creamy hot chocolate and well balanced coffee. Clean and lots of seating available with plug sockets.
They should have more plugs so we can have a coffee while we charge our devices haha
The guy serving on the morning of 30th April was great. He was proactively making hot drinking quicker than the orders were going through the till! Rather refreshing since you would typically wait in line for an age. Clean & tidy, my only negative was just the one available toilet.
I drink my Hot Choco here every morning. There's this brave barista fighting a crazy high on drugs woman earlier. She's kinda short with glasses, her name starts with M ( the barista). She didn't let the crazy woman go away until the police came.

Great spot. I sat in the famous "Callum Blades Book Nook" as a treat for my birthday. See attached image. Photographed is me and all my friends.
Great place to drink a tea or a coffees. They have decent prices. The atmosphere is pretty cosy and the staff is willing to help. Also the WiFi works great. 10/10 would recommend it.
Lovely as usual. Amazing coffee, great cold drinks and sweets, the sandwiches are not bad too even though most of them are not Halal and none of them are made with brown bread or wholegrain.
Its a very good experience. The team members was very good and their behaviour was very nice very helpfull as well servicing was very fast.
A clean, spacious and surprisingly affordable branch of this chain store in easy reach of major sites (British museum etc).

Excellent service from both staff members this morning. Special mention to katerina, who went above and beyond to make sure all surfaces were clean for my dairy allergy. Would highly recommend... Best of all delicious coffee
Attended this Costaon the 28 December 2022 as I do only a few times a month and on this occasion, I was going in not just to buy my coffee but to get coffee and food for 4 homeless people and 1 dog the male staff member was amazing and helped distribute the coffee and food as I'm in a wheelchair I d
I had an amazing experience here. The shop was busy but the team handled everything smooth and efficient. Outstanding service from Jigar. Will come back for sure.
