The first time with bubble tea, the staff advised which is the tastiest, and which can suit your taste. It was 100% successful.

Got my self a birthday bubble tea,it was a very nice experience.The staff were very friendly and made my drink very quickly.Also the decor was fantastic as well,very nice displays and even had really comfy sofas as well,makes a nice change as most bubble tea ships you have to stand up or sit on an incredibly uncomfortable ledge.Also my bubble tea was lovely my black lychee bubble tea with strawberry popping balls was lovely,only complaint is that it was a bit too sweet at regular sugar level and I have got really sweet teeth and it was a bit too sweet so make sure to downgrade you’re sugar level,however I would 100% have it again if I’m in or passing a chatime
Nice staff and drinks but the place is hard to find. Need more signage! Exit 6 from Waterloo station towards Southbank. Beside the raised walkway stairs opposite WeWork.

A new Chatime location in London! Perfect as I now no longer have to go all the way to Chinatown or Soho for my boba. The pearls were so fresh.

The bubble tea that I asked for was peach tea with mango topping. I got this but for some reason the topping was in cubes instead of circles. I am not sure why this is?
Good bubble tea but hard to find and the ordering process was not very smooth. They have just opened though.
Very perfect guest service but sometimes I have to wait a bit of time. But I think it’s worth to spend this time for a delicious drink.
