Food is very Indian, authentic.
Papdi in papdi chaat was too tight , not crispy. Hung curd or but water mixed yoghurt can taste better instead of the thick curd.
Lamb was not very soft in Rajasthani laal maas.
Overall, highly recommend, would revisit ✔️
I went to Cilantro with my wife and it was absolutely amazing. The service was perfect and they always ensured we were taken cared for. Couldn’t thank them enough for the hospitality. The restaurant had really nice aesthetics and had a really calm and relaxing mood to it. The food was unbelievable.
