Happy to return to try other drinks… This was an interesting and yummy blend.
Staff were friendly unlike the Costa I was in moments before who were more interesting in chatting than paying attention to my order.

I am a regular customer... coffee shop and overall had a great experience. The coffee itself was excellent, and the service provided was top-notch. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and ensured that I had a pleasant visit.
One aspect that slightly disappointed me was the ordering process through the app. I specifically ordered using the app and brought my own cup, hoping to receive a discount for my environmentally-friendly choice. However, I was informed that the discount for using my own cup was only applicable for orders placed directly at the till.
While this may seem like a minor inconvenience, for someone who values sustainability, every effort counts. It would have been great if the app allowed for the same discount, as it would encourage more customers to make eco-conscious choices.
Despite this small setback, I would still highly recommend the coffee shop for its excellent coffee and fantastic service. Just keep in mind that if you want to avail yourself of the discount for using your own cup, it's best to place your order directly at the till.

Amazing experience at this coffee shop! I landed in London this week and was on the hunt for a coffee shop local to my University, it is safe to say I have found my new regular spot. The service was unreal, even during a rush I was still met with brilliant service.

The service at this store is even better than the coffee! The girls here hvae such a great vibe and I know whenever I go into this store, I will have such a pleasant experience! I go in multiple times a day for my caffeine fix and have such a great chat with everyone, every time!
Dinusa was fantastic in grabbing our attention and trying the famous blueberry matcha iced latte. She was so confident in how good it was she said we’d get a refund if we didnt like it. Well, we didn’t like it. WE LOVED IT!
That was a great experience and exacrtly what a coffee shop is all about.

I had the most beautiful afternoon being served by Carly , Julia and Dinusa. Their service was impeccable and gave me a great recommendation for blueberry matcha. I couldn’t recommend them and this store enough. Thank you for the best experience.

Come here for my daily coffee fix on my way to uni, it’s really one of those places you go into and think I wish I could work here, the staff are always having fun, nice to everyone regardless of how busy it is, fast service. love the team there esp fara and dinusha who i’m sure are sick of seeing my face every morning :)!!
My go to coffee shop. I've had 2 or 3 flat whites here every day for the last 3 months. They are by far the cheapest of all the coffee chains in London. But in contrast to Starbucks, Costa or Nero, where the coffee is barely even drinkable, Blank Street Coffee is actually better than most specialty coffee shops. I just order in the app, and the coffee will be there waiting for me when I arrive. And I get every 11th cup for free, which effectively lowers the price from £2.90 to £2.64. In a city where it's hard to find a decent cup under £4, this really makes a difference in the long run.
After seeing this place everywhere finally tried their coffees with a very coffee-fussy friend. We were both pleasantly surprised and it’s now my friends new favourite coffee. We got a normal oat milk flat white and a decaf version too. Both were great! The decaf was very nice and usually decaf coffee from most places tastes horrible. The pricing I would say is average for these types of places. Pastries and cakes quite spenny, but will try another time to see if it’s worth it! In the meantime will definitely be returning and potentially trying their more unique drinks

delicious blueberry matcha with oat milk and cold brew with braun sugar oat milk and cinnamon. Friendly staff members ! warm smile from the start till the end .
