Very polite ladies served me at counter. When i decided to change my order from 12 cookies to 24, instead of charging me the 13 cookies price, they refunded me and charged the 24 cookies, so i would save money.

I really enjoy their cookies. Charged me 40p for a paper bag when I clicked and collected for a cake which was cheeky. Prices are a bit steep.
