Have been meaning to come in every time I’ve walked past as it looks good and the menu has some great stuff on it. Finally took the plunge and it was worth the wait. As good as any vegan Caribbean cuisine I’ve tasted out and about and the staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I will likely come back once a week for my local soul food fix!

I came down to this wonderful establishment in Catford and was so impressed by the service as well as the quality of food.
The owner is very friendly and provides excellent service. The food was amazing, I go to lot of Caribbean food place's across London, I can say that the food in Vegan Flavours was the best so far, i would give it 6 star rating instead of 5.
The flavours and seasoning were incredible, I got the jerk chicken meal and it was delicious, I'm definetly coming back next time even though is far as I live in North London, is worth the journey for this quality and service. Definitely a good spot for anyone who likes Caribbean food where you won't be left dissapointed by the service given or food quality 😊.
Fabulous Jerk Chikan with rice and peas and plantain. Friendly atmosphere. Lots of interesting and unusual vegan options.
The young lady who owns and manages Vegan Flavours gives her diners good and polite customer service and the food is tasty Caribbean food that is completely and delightfully vegan at the same time
It's so great to be able to order any item on Vegan Flavours menu without having to ask.. Is it vegan? Loved the Spelt patties and looking forward to taking a friend to have a full sit down meal which sound sublime...

My partner and I were delighted to find a vegan cafe in Catford. Lovely pretty place with a nice atmosphere.
We both had the protein maximiser and absolutely loved the taste.
My partner had curry Dahl and he liked it. I chose two dishes that I thought wouldn’t be spicy, as I am very sensitive to hot spiciness. I chose the Mac n cheese, and the lasagne. I found them both really spicy! Especially the Mac n cheese. My partner said it was more spicy than his curry. They do not say they are spicy on the menu. I think I would have really enjoyed them, if not for the spiciness.
Fir after a we had Lemon cheese cake and carrot cake. We really enjoyed them.
I would say, if you like spiciness even in food you wouldn’t normally expect to find it in, you’ll love it here. I really enjoyed the non-spicy food here though. The service felt swift. We are returning as my partner is keen to try more of the food and I am going back for the smoothy and cakes!
