Am a long term customer for Sticks n Sushi been going here since 2017. This new branch in Westfield was just as nice as the one in Soho. Food was first class and my family really enjoyed everything. Some pics to share what we ate. Definately recommend but not cheap.
It was very pleasant time. The perfect service and the feast taste and quality of the food were all perfect. The friendly service of the staff was also perfect.
Great food and great vibes. In addition to the sushi and the sticks, the Karaage is amazing!! My favourite sushi in the area! The desserts are really good too.
It you’re ok with Westernized Japanese cuisine, then Sushi’n’Sticks offers a varied and fantastic take on many Japanese favorites.
From sushi to yakitori and ramen, the assortment is wide and the combinations, set menus and platters are creative and delicious.
My Green Bird salad with grilled chicken, veggies, egg, quinoa, avocado and more was fresh and bursting with flavor!
Worth a visit.
Superb service and food!
Visited here tonight and I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the service, ambiance and the food was.
We were given hot, damp towels to clean our hands as soon as we ordered our food and instantly I was impressed. The waitress serving us suggested for another waiter to take our order as some sauces used in the dishes are not halal, we thought this was incredibly thoughtful and made our experience more personal. The food came relatively quickly and it was fresh, well flavoured and generous portions.

Still Lemonade mocktails:10/10 very refreshing, neither too sweet or too bitter -it was just right. I was happy that they did a still option as many restaurants only serve fizzy drinks including mocktails.
Overall, my friend and I really enjoyed our evening and will definitely be coming back again.
Amazing new one 😍 the food was delicious and fresh. Unfortunately, I think the service wasn’t that great. To be fair, our waiter was taking care of tables and bar service. We barely could reach him, they need to organise themselves better. Food arrived in average time. But besides that, the experience was great, and I recommend it.
Very beautiful restaurant. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Fairly priced and tasty food. Looking forwards to another visit soon.
This is my first time at this branch . one of the best branches . food was excellent as usual and the service was a bit slow .
I had visited sticks and sushi with my boyfriend for lunch, the sushi overall was amazing however the customer service wasn’t as satisfying.
The waiter serving us was giving us snarky and rude attitude, not a nice way to greet customers at all . When we had finished our food I realised the waiter didn’t even care to come up to me and my partner to serve us again.
This is the black women who works on Sunday at 2PM. She also has a moustache. I suggest submitting her a disciplinary.
I have been here 4 times already and it is always a good experience. The fish is so fresh and the starters are to die for. They are both yummy and surprising. I really enjoy the tartare and carpaccio every time I come here. However, I have to give 4 star because I am always kind of disappointed by the sushi and the sticks as I think they are not as good as the starters and the carpaccio/tartare

The best experience for sushi recently! Their service and food are all amazing! I would personally recommend the salmon tataki as a starter, it has a better taste than salmon in the sashimi mix. Hotate kataifi which are scollops is another must-try starter, great match with lemon and salmon roe on the top!

Even if it was Saturday lunchtime and the restaurant was bustling, the team excelled! Without reservation, the lady seated us in a charming spot downstairs. The food came reasonably quickly, following our order, and it was surprisingly delicious!! Layers and layers of flavours that make you want to continue exploring all of them. The service was excellent, looking after our table, and we felt it as great detail in the warm lemon-scented towels to sanitise our hands. Very nice environment and a vibrant place to visit. This team is worth appraisal. We will be visiting again.
Great food very delicious and filling lovely service.second time I’m going and it’s even better although I felt like the portion sizes became smaller then last time but service was amazing I love it.
One of the best places I ate in London with amazing customer service. Our waiter looked after us and the food was so good! Will definitely be going again when I next visit.
