After going to grubby and dilapidated Costa at Heathrow terminal 2, it was a refreshing change. It is clean and comfortable. Very friendly and efficient service. However, over air conditioned to the point it’s rather chilly. I had the plant based English breakfast, but with scrambled eggs instead of scrambled tofu. It was ok but rather tasteless. My companion had the full English breakfast and loved it. FYI: service charge automatically added to the bill.

Went there really hungry, food was decent, service (waitress Joanna) was excellent!! Very kind and attentive. We weren’t lacking anything, she even added the peas for the kids dish (which isn’t on the normal menu card btw, just ask for it with the service. There IS one, you just don’t know it until you ask)

Dined at Queen's arms recently just before catching a flight. The food was tasty, the atmosphere nice and cozy but the highlight was the service. Joanna went above and beyond to make me and all other guests very welcome and comfortable. Her polite demeanor is soothing and high observance skills tend to the customer needs immediately. Such a gem! Keep up the fantastic work!

The service was amazing and attentive, and the atmosphere was alright for an airport eating place. The food — The chicken burger was really bad quality; the barbecue sauce and chicken didnt seem to go well together. And the fries were really disappointing. However the dessert and chicken sandwich was delicious. Have it with mayo and ketchup.

I have visited here after arriving early for a long haul flight with my disabled son. The staff here, particularly Joanna and Salim, have been incredible. As soon as I walk in, tell them of our needs, we are accommodated, assisted and served with nothing but patience and care. Good is lovely, drinks great. Service even better.

The service was really good. Everyone was really kind, especially Sushmitha. I had a chicken and ham sandwich, and it was very tasty. Nice to have a drink or something to eat while you wait

The Queen's Arms, Heathrow does the best breakfast ever. The food is very fresh, well cooked, hot and delicious. They cooked the eggs exactly as requested and they were scrumptious. I enjoyed the entire meal. Polite and professional staff helped both my cousin and I with our menu and were most obliging. Thank you so much and I must add, that it is definitely worth going to Heathrow just for your meals. Ten out of ten and a one hundred percent satisfied customer. Eckle (Ms)

For an airport bar, this gets a surprisingly large amount of things right. The food is decent and the bitter is well-kept; neither is overpriced. The arrangements for seating could do with rethinking as it leads to avoidable delays, but the service is charming and smooths out the bumps.

Came here to grab a bite before my flight and got the Chicken and Chorizo Ciabatta and it was delicious, our waiter PAYAL was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu, her service was phenomenal and made us want to return here next time.
