After going to grubby and dilapidated Costa at Heathrow terminal 2, it was a refreshing change.
It is clean and comfortable. Very friendly and efficient service. However, over air conditioned to the point it’s rather chilly.
I had the plant based English breakfast, but with scrambled eggs instead of scrambled tofu. It was ok but rather tasteless. My companion had the full English breakfast and loved it.
FYI: service charge automatically added to the bill.
Went there really hungry, food was decent, service (waitress Joanna) was excellent!! Very kind and attentive. We weren’t lacking anything, she even added the peas for the kids dish (which isn’t on the normal menu card btw, just ask for it with the service. There IS one, you just don’t know it until you ask)
Clean and tidy sitting and good atmosphere. Joanna has been very warm and welcoming and ensures the customers are happy and well attended! She’s passionate about her job! The food is nice and fresh.
