First we were nicely greeted at the entrance, the service was good throughout the meal and the server was nice. Now to the best part: the food. Everything was delicious, the tuna tartare was the best I’ve ever had (yet), the robata halibut was cooked to perfection. This place is a must whenever you’re in Mayfair.

Really nice food, exceptional service. Havier (waiter) couldn't do enough for us and ensured we had everything we needed. The lamb chops were cooked perfectly and had lots of flavour. The sushi was incredibly fresh and tasted amazing. The cheesecake ice cream is a must-try

Amazing dining experience. The place is simple but yet very cozy with great interior details. I went in for light lunch and had a great selection. Appetizer: spicy edamame & Koyn Salad Main: crispy squid l, rolls (spicy tuna, California and highly recommend the wagyu truffle beef.

A nice restaurant but a little overpriced in my opinion as portions are quite small. The waitress was knowledgeable and attentive. You can see the chefs cooking your food whilst you are waiting which is cool. The blackened cod was probably the best cod I've ever had! Sushi was great and the chocolate fondant for desert was perfect.

Clean, tasteful and traditional Japanese cuisine in the heart of Mayfair. The staff are incredible and extremely attentive. The food hit the spot, and their recommendations were really thoughtful. The venue is elegant and spans couple of floors with an area for private dining as well if you want to entertain a small gathering

I had the pleasure of dining at this Asian Fusion restaurant last night, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for the evening. The DJ was playing great music at a volume that didn’t interfere with our conversations. The menu was a delightful journey through Asian cuisine, with each dish showcasing incredible flavors and impeccable presentation. The attention to detail in both the food and service was truly remarkable. I can confidently say that this restaurant is a hidden gem, and the other reviews simply do not capture the magic it offers. I cannot wait to return and savor another unforgettable meal.

Exquisite. An extensive drinks menu is dominated by whisky, the majority of which looked to be Japanese, naturally, to my untrained eye. Other spirits are available, of course, with Japanese variants for those too. I tried the "Japanese Penicilin" cocktail: whisky based and comes with honey, so that you can flavour it to your taste. It had a giant, glass I think, 'ice cube' so the drink stayed cold without being diluted, clearly serious about enjoying your whisky! Edamame beans were perfectly cooked and salted and the tuna Koyn Senbei, delicious. Braised pork belly, just with rice, the best I've ever had - it simply melted in my mouth. Finished with the matcha brulee and bo hojicha (tea). Both something new to me and both enjoyable. Service was great, lots of seating downstairs (lift accessible) and toilets were clean - not sure of the accessibility of those though. Overall, a superb experience, I've booked Christmas Eve already as I expect this place to become very popular.

Had dinner here a few days ago with my family and just wow one of the best Japanese restaurants I have been to in a while from the sushi and nigiri super fresh right down to the beautiful wagyu ishiyki with that touch of the hot stone that ment we could all have the wagyu cooked to our own liking . Another must have is the king prawns And scallops that came from the grill absolutely delicious. We had to have the desserts the yuzu tart was stunning perfect way to finish our night . As well as the ice creams and sorbets they have smooth and velvet texture stunning

Where do I start?! First off… best new restaurant in Mayfair in my opinion. From start to finish, service was impeccable, food to die for, ambience just right! I die for a yellowtail sashimi, and I think I might have just found my favourite dish in LDN! Yellowtail infused with truffle?! 🤯 Game changer. My eyes rolled back on the first bite!! Also tried Matcha for the first time, the brûlée introduction to Match was great! Every dish went down a treat, and we ordered a lot!! Would definitely go back, highly recommend!

Visited with a group of 5 and we were all wowed by everything. The staff are exceedingly well trained, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Sharing concept worked perfectly for us as the menu is large and so many things we wanted to try, nothing disappointed. Wine menu is not cheap but a fantastic selection is available. Cocktails again not cheap but on par with Mayfair and were excellent. The Japanese Penicillin is highly recommended. We ate, rib eye, Chilean seabass, red mullet tempura, sushi and so much more. Koyn really lived up to expectations!

Had a great first time here for my birthday dinner. Our Romanian server was so friendly and fun, she made it such a nice experience and she managed to make my adjustments for a certain dish even though it was initially not an option. Food tasted great.
