It was an amazing experience, and the staff was incredibly lovely. Particularly, Faiz from Bangladesh truly excelled in his services; he was exceptionally accommodating and helpful throughout our ordering process. The food was excellent! We will definitely go again.

We traveled to London from Australia and by chance, we found Bacchanalia on Google while searching for a dining place with nice decor. We decided to give it a go and really this restaurant ticks all the box! The interior is amazing, definitely worth the visit. Food were nice, I especially enjoyed the fish dish. And of course, the Medusa desert is super yummy. Please never take it off menu. I'll definitely come back for it next time we are going back to London. Service was fast and the waiters were nice and friendly. We totally enjoy the lunch and would definitely recommend to our family and friends.

Not sure why the rating is so low! The staff & service were extremely attentive and friendly, the interior is gorgeous, and our drinks were fabulous! I can’t comment on the food, as we only had cocktails, and they were all really nice- albeit pricey! However, it’s made up for with the atmosphere and attention

Beautiful interior, fantastic service and staff, just the food is a little average. Had the grilled chicken which turned out to be too dry, pasta dishes are OK. Tiramisu was amazing. Thumbs up to the guy at reception, he made our day.

This place is absolutely worth seeing at least once. The interior and the atmosphere is a 10/10. I was seated on the second floor, which isn’t as desirable, but still nice. We went on a Saturday evening and there was a guy doing a live opera performance twice during the dinner. The food was pretty good across the board. We got the large crab risotto and it was delicious but it’s actually quite large. We had four people and had a hard time finishing it since we ordered a number of other things. Keftedes was probably the other most memorable item.

Service was great, our waiter was very attentive the entire night. The food was okay - we ordered an array of different dishes (mains, starters and desserts) and none of them were bad but they weren’t outstanding either. Best dish was the truffle pasta we got to share (serves 3/4 people). The interior and atmosphere is stunning - a shame that the music is so loud it ruins the ambience as I couldn’t hear my friend who was sat right next to me.

We came here for the decor, my little one enjoyed the settings. Actually the food is better than I expected as we read about bad reviews about food. Grilled chicken, tiramisu and gelato are good. The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming, but what a contrast that the waiters and servers were quite rude, inattentive.

Everything we ordered was delicious, the service was amazing as well. Great interior and the vibes. There’s a live music started at 7 pm. A bit pricey but totally worth it!

Cannot comment on the food, as we only had cocktails. They were ok, nothing amazing. But great decor and lively music, great for a Saturday night out. Staff were very polite.

Best best experience that i had so far in London, staff was extremely amazing, attentive, polite and superb service. Food was amazing, tasty and delicious. Only minus point that each table has time limits, only 2 hours allowed

Bacchanalia is a true masterpiece! From the moment you step inside, you'll be captivated by the artistry that surrounds you. The attention to detail in creating an elevated and playful atmosphere is truly commendable, making it feel like you've stepped into a whimsical themed park. The service at Bacchanalia is exceptional, with a staff that is attentive and friendly. The food is delightful, with each dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. While Bacchanalia excels in many aspects, the one area where it fell slightly short was the drinks. Unfortunately, the cocktails didn't quite meet the high expectations set by the rest of the experience. However, this should not overshadow the overall brilliance of Bacchanalia.

I came here for a friends birthday and had a great time. The staff were fun and informed and took great pictures of us as well. The food was well presented too and tasted nice enough. As for the cocktails and wine? Exceptional. I highly recommend the Pera cocktail. The venue itself is ornate as expected but a little on the small side and when packed can make navigating between the small spaces between certain tables a little inconvenient. The atmosphere is energetic and bar like especially from around 7pm, which was great for our occasion.

I know they got a lot of bad b reviews for service at the beginning of their operation, but everything was perfect when I went. The doorman folded my umbrella for me; the staff was very friendly and polite, and even shared their ways of dining with me. The food was really nice (special shout-out to the lobster pasta), and the interior is just another level. I guess every new restaurant needs some time to find the rhythm and they certainly did!

Bacchanalia is a concept restaurant influenced by the culinary traditions of Greece and Rome, is a dazzling dining experience enveloped in luxury. Every aesthetic detail of the restaurant has been meticulously curated, from the stunning decor to the impeccably dressed staff. Unfortunately, the luxurious presentation was somewhat marred by the chaotic pace of service. Rather than allowing guests to leisurely enjoy their meals in this beautiful setting, the experience felt a bit rushed and disjointed. In terms of cuisine, the decision to offer both Greek and Roman dishes was an ambitious one. While the Greek offerings were fantastic (the Keftedes especially stood out), the Roman dishes seemed a bit underwhelming in comparison. On a positive note, the cocktails were an absolute treat, both in terms of taste and presentation. Additionally, the restaurant's strict dress code and no-children policy added an air of exclusivity to the dining experience. In conclusion, Bacchanalia is brimming with potential. It's my hope that they slow down the pace a bit and refine their focus on the menu, because this restaurant truly has the makings of an unforgettable culinary destination
