Saw this chain on social media as a must try in London. There was one by our hotel so we tried :) It's a cute place, good energy and interesting minor details. We ordered 3 Flat Iron Steak and 1 Sirloin Steak. (They come pretty rare even I ordered med rare) It's actually good for the value. We ordered different sides. Enjoyed my parmasean kale salad and bone marrow mash potato. The green salad was good too. The peppercorn sauce was on point. After the meal, we were given these tiny tiny cleavers to exchange for salted caramel ice cream. I opted to keep the little cleaver so I stole a bite from my husband. It was GOOD.

Flat iron is a top 10 recommended restaurant for those who enjoy steak and all of its glory. There are a range of options, from steak cuts to how you'd like it to be prepared and cooked. Fyi - opting for sitting outside as opposed to sitting inside provides different menus. Outside has heaters that can keep you warm, especially in this bitting winter. The ambience of the restaurant is great, in the evenings. The steak (medium well) was succulent and nicely cut into small chunks. The chips were fresh and had a lovely crunch to it. The mac n cheese had good flavour but could have done with some more seasoning, and the creamed spinach went down a treat! Also tried all the sauce flavours available - Bearnaise, Peppercorn, Homemade Smoked Chilli Mayo, and Wild Mushroom. All were nice. However, I would say I didn't get much spice from the chilli mayo, but we move 😊 Overall, it was a great dining experience, the staff amazing, very friendly, and helpful in choosing the right cocktail for how you're feeling! Recommend trying out at the least!

I had a wonderful dining experience at Flat Iron. The steaks were top-notch and the service was impeccable. The atmosphere had a cool vibe, but my only gripe was that the menu was a bit too short for my liking. Overall, a great place for steak lovers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

When entering the place I thought the ambiance was really good. The staff were attentive from the beginning till the end. When sitting down at your table they give you free popcorn that is cooked in beef oil I believe. If you like salty popcorn then you will love the popcorn you get on the table for you to share with everyone in your party. I got the Flat Iron Steak with Creamy Spinach and Bone Marrow Mash. The highlight for me was the Mash it was smooth, creamy and very rich you cannot go wrong with it, I highly recommend getting this alongside your Steak or Burger. The Spinach was alright at first when you have a few bites it's delicious, but once you have more of it in my opinion you get fed up of it. After your meal is done you get free ice cream before leaving. They only have one flavour which was salted caramel sprinkled with chocolate shavings on top. The ice cream is homemade and is churned in house which I though was a very nice touch. All in all a great experience with good food to go with it.

First time at Flat Iron and wow I’ve been missing out £13 steaks were absolutely beautiful. The garlic bin marrow mash was delicious as well, free salted caramel ice cream at the end. Fantastic will be back. X
