Decent service, came pretty quick and had delicious pizza for a reasonable price. It can be a little pricey in some areas, however it’s expected when you eat out in Central London. The restaurant was clean as we entered and definitely seemed like somewhere where I would like to come again. However, I would prefer normal waiter-to table ordering rather than having it on phones since it can cause a bit of faff especially when the app doesn’t work the way you want it to.
This is my go-to pasta place for having freshly baked home made pasta. They serve delicious pasta with 5 different kinds and the good thing is they serve pizzas too! 5/5 recommended to visit this pasta chain with friends/fam
Yum! Great meal last night. Food ordered via app. The pizzas and pasta were all excellent. The cocktails are also great. It was busy and the room is great - huge windows.
It has very tasty food and a nice atmosphere, but just a service kind of non-existent. Also, for some reason, some portions of pasta were huge ( my teenage son couldn't finish it, and he loves pasta), and others not even enough for 10 years old ( not a big eater). It's still all priced for the same 14.95£.

Big portions (had to takeaway), good service, spacious seating area with an open kitchen. Only negative was lack of air conditioning.
Would highly recommend adding hot chilli if you like spicy food. Salad was delicious. Chicken is halal which is a plus!

Yesterday I visited vapiano Tottenham Court road branch. It is spacious and nice. Food ordered via manager because their system wasn't working. MD served my food and drink 🍸 quickly. MD was very good staff. The pizza 🍕 and pasta were all excellent.
I always find myself coming back here. It has a really laid back atmosphere which I love. The food is always delicious and there is lots of options !
Lovely place to eat out. Plenty of room, infant friendly and order to your table via the app. Service was also excellent from the moment we walked in.

My first visit and it didn't dissapoint, I know where I'm coming to eat next time im in Tottenham court.
The system now is different compare to 2 years ago. So was a bit confusing initially. The food was still pretty good but hope they could give a bit more sauce and ingredients. The service was not bad but could be better. Environment was great!

I took my wife to Vapiano in Tottenham Court Road as part of her birthday celebrations.
Not always easy to find a restaurant who are accommodating as my wife has an allergy to rapeseed oil.
I was advised to speak to the shift manager upon arrival, this we did & he went the extra mile.
After seating us he spoke with the head chef explaining the situation.
My wife was invited to the open kitchen area where she was able to watch them completely clean down & replace cooking utensils, she was then invited to watch as the head chef prepared her meal, again ensuring no cross contamination.
WOW what service.
The food was beyond delicious.
100% satisfaction.

Vapiano is my favourite Italian food restaurant. I wish they'd bring the bread back, even if they no longer wish to give it away for free with pasta they could have it on the menu. Their chicken Alfredo is my go to comfort food.
