We had a pleasant evening at Parrillan. The food was delicious, but the service was very slow and disorganised.
If you like seafood, I would strongly recommend the grilled seabass, excellent and good value for money, and if you have a sweet tooth, the pina catalana is a must-have dessert.
I was very disappointed with the cod tortilla. It was extremely small and, in my opinion, very overpriced.
Food was delicious. Particularly the leak pie, mushroom paella, and dessert! Grilling your own meat seems nice, in theory, but a lot of grease spits out so you have to be careful of your clothes. Servers are extremely attentive but can feel like they’re pushing along the meal at times, which is great if you want to get out quickly!
High quality food and beautiful environment under the arches. Well heated if you’re worried about being cold.
We visited on Saturday night. The restaurant provided our party with great service, food, and impeccable wine suggestions from the General Manager. The chefs, working from an open kitchen, were very calm and professional and displayed a passion for delivering food made with, clearly, the best ingredients. We were so impressed that we cancelled our post-dinner plans to stay longer and enjoy another bottle of wine and some desserts. The ambience of the place was cosy, like a mountain house, despite being in an incredible London location, and the service was even extremely friendly. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

I really appreciated the food but the most beautiful surprise was the service: a very kind a professional waiter, Teresa her name, gave us fantastic suggestions.

Great place away from the hustle and bustle of Bermondsey market proper. Beautifully designed and very comfortable seating outdoors (actually heated seats in the winter!). Service has always been really attentive when I have been there. Food is really delicious! I would say works well for tapas and sharing plates style but does get quite pricey if you’re looking to finish the meal very full/looking for something hearty for the individual to eat.
We had a meal before a movie at the brilliant Everyman next door and it was the perfect amount of food for that (and perfectly speedy service as well!) muscles were spectacular as was the ceviche style plate.

Delicious outdoor lunch where you can grill your food in Borough Market.
They also have good patio heaters for those less warm days, but let’s face it, if you are visiting for the grill, you will be nice and warm while grilling your own food.
Excellent cocktails and wine list too.
Love their Padron Peppers too.
We had a lovely dinner, sitting inside. Great vibe, albeit noisy. The food was delicious, aside from squid dish. The mushroom rice was a real surprise. I’ll be back!

I wanted to thanks Parillan Borough Yard for the upstanding service and nice food we had last night. We enjoyed every single part of it. Nacho was attentive and really professional.
I would recommend to any one the food we had: pan con tomate, mushrooms and leek tart and the lovely arroz de otoño😋 the best digestive for that meal is a gin mare and tonic.
Definitely coming back here.
New restaurant from the team Baraffina. Expect the same seasonal , Spanish inspired food. Service was ok. The atmosphere inside is unbearable because of the smoke. The best thing about this restaurant is the outside seating which is the only place worth sitting.
Great atmosphere & excellent food. The outdoor dining felt like being on holiday. Plenty of radiators & heated seating for those cooler nights.

The atmosphere was very buzzing and lively, it felt very welcoming. The service was very lovely, although it could have been a little faster. The food was very delicious- the two of us shared a few dishes and they were perfect sizes. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!
