The staff are friendly and the food is good. Only downside is that the store opening times are inconsistent. The window advertises 06:30 opening but it can be quite hit and miss and quite often I’ll go by hoping to get some breakfast but can’t as they are still closed.
I come here this morning with my dog as he loves a Greggs sausage roll. The staff are just amazing honestly what lovely staff you honestly have. The lady working and the young boy went above and beyond for us! Please thank them both from us and wish them a merry Christmas and a happy new year from
Great omelette and coffee this morning. I was served by Shelley-(I think was her name) Manager it said 12th Oct 22. Anyway amongst the best customer service I have experienced.

Say what you like about it. This is one of the only chains that actually offers value for money. Always go for a tuna baguette. But now all i see is tuna crunch. Please bring back the tuna salad baguette. But honestly the fresh sandwiches amd hot food is always so nice. Been to many over these past 8 months as a delivery guy.dont know why but i always seem to get grumpy staff. But i make themmh
Surprisingly nice. I mean is typical in any normal aspect of a chain store, however the staff are particularly chirpy, and helpful. Won’t wax lyrical, it is just a good functioning Greggs, nevertheless pleasant lunchtime experience.

Lovely food as always. Fantastic customer service. Usually I go there often during lunch time. Never fails to disappoint even during very busy times. Very hard working staff.
Best place for a cheap lunch. Soup is lovely. The tea and coffee are good for a cheap cuppa. The staff are always very friendly here. Seats so you can sit in if you wish.
Very good value for money in the middle of London. Man behind the counter was friendly and polite. They also have some deals so I got a baguette, bottle of Fanta and a doughnut for less than a fiver

Covent Garden greggs gave me a pork sausage roll that I couldn’t eat due to dietary needs and this greggs so kindly allowed me to swap it for a vegan one. Thank you! Such nice people
outstanding service by the rental man who served us today. after getting soooo many stares as my son has a wire from his nose (in great Ormond street for a test). the rental man made my son feel welcome and managed to put a smile on his face. thank you
